Harry Reid Guillotines Anti-Illegal Debate

Note to minion: After blaming California wild fires on global warming, Heraldo Harry wants to forgive and forget millions of illegal aliens. Well get the Republicans to forget them. Next election Harry will have direct mail pieces going to every unknown address in the country reminding the illegals just who made their crimes go away.

Harry has invoked cloture on his little immigration bribe in that he has cut off debate, i.e., no discussionas about mexicanos sneaking across el border.

To do: Call you elected (by legal Americans) representatives and scream bloody murder about what you'll do if they vote for this bill.

In my case that means calling the office of the crying man Voinovich and Herod Brown who will wash his hands of anything unpleasant, but still go along with it because he feels their pain, but not ours.

When: Now! Go! Call. Write. Visit. Make your friends do likewise. Join the Republic and heckle your Reps. It's the American way.

Make America illegal for illegals to become legal in an illegal way. Vote American. Vote against Reid!

Ron Paul Did Not Win Debate

Ron Paul shrieked incoherently every time he was called upon and his elves still flooded the Fox news call-in poll to declare him winner with 38%. What crap.

Pat Paulsen Ron Paul did not win the debate. He did win the most booes of the evening. That's something for the elves to hang onto.

Stick a fork in him, he's done.

UPDATE; LGF is on this and doing the necessary tech research. Can you say gaming?
.

HEADLINE! HEADLINE! RON PAUL

Watching the debate and it came to me.

Pat Paulsen never really died. He just raised his voice, did a comb over reverse and renamed himself Ron Paul.

UPDATE: Both have first names with 3 letters. Then there is Paul which is just a shorter Paulsen...........

Coincidence? I think not!

Case closed. Ron Paul is Pat Paulsen without the wit or the wisdom.

All Democrats have left is hate

I was going to write something along this line, but Jonn Lilyea has done an admiral job of outlining just how low the Democrats have sunk.

Is it possible to be one's own iceberg to one's Titanic?

If so, let her rip.

In the meantime go read Jonn's post. HERE.

Hillary Sucks Sez Socks

Ouch! Hillary Clinton's softer image is clawed over dumped cat

AS THE “first pet” of the Clinton era, Socks, the White House cat,
allowed “chilly” Hillary Clinton to show a caring, maternal side as well as
bringing joy to her daughter Chelsea. So where is Socks today?

Once the presidency was over, there was no room for Socks any more.
After years of loyal service at the White House, the black and white cat was
dumped on Betty Currie, Bill Clinton’s personal secretary, who also had an
embarrassing clean-up role in the saga of his relationship with the intern
Monica Lewinsky.

Maybe that stink in the White House wasn't the litter box.

Eliot Spitzer's Illegal Voters To Legally Drive To Polls

Illegals OK'd to drive in N.Y.
New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has started a major political fight over
immigration by ordering state officials to issue driver's licenses to illegal
aliens, prompting at least one county legislature to defy the executive order
and pushing toward a showdown in court.

The embattled governor's order has drawn some acerbic commentary,
including a cartoon showing Osama bin Laden as a New York City taxi driver.
After spending months trying to deflect charges that he used state police to
target the Republican leader of the state Senate, Mr. Spitzer appears eager for
a fight over this contentious issue.

"The rabid right that wants to pile on and use this to demagogue
the issue will not carry the day in New York state," he said recently. "Those
who view this as a political issue once again are taking the state in the wrong
direction."

Fresh from his criminal activity as bully-in-chief, Eliot Spitzer has ripped a page from the Pelosi/Reid book of lowlife politics by blatantly lying and ignoring reality, the voter's wishes and the law to deflect criticism from his troubled administration by giving illegal aliens the right to drive in New York. It seems that Democrats/liberals nationwide are using the Pelosi/Reid model of totally ignoring reality and creating an alter-world of their own where they can practice a brand of politics that has no connection to the truth anywhere except in the MSM's world of e=mc tripled. Given time Spitzer may yet figure out how to share credit for raising $4.2 million for the Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation with Hysterical Harry.

I can't wait to drive on the Bell Parkway between two jihadists fighting over a little boy and a piñata bandit late for taco hour at the local welfare office.

But, at least the illegals won't be breaking the law when they drive to the polls to vote for Eliot. That's a plus. Right?

Pelosi Hangs Stark Out To Dry For CYA

Pelosi Rebukes Stark for Iraq Comments

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rebuked a fellow San Francisco Bay-area
liberal Friday for what she said were "inappropriate" comments about Iraq during a congressional debate.

Maybe the Nanner can use this to give herself cover for all of the stupid and offensive things that she has spewed from her mouth.

"Bush is an incompetent leader. In fact, he's not a leader,'' Pelosi said. "He's a person who has no judgment, no experience and no knowledge of the subjects that he has to decide upon.''

"I believe that the president's leadership in the actions taken in Iraq demonstrate an incompetence in terms of knowledge, judgment and experience in making the decisions that would have been necessary to truly accomplish the mission without the deaths to our troops and the cost to our taxpayers."

"If people are ripping your face off," she said, picking at a chicken salad dressed only with lemon wedges, "you have to rip their face off."

Remembering The Troops Means You're Pro-War, You War Monger

Photos of troops overseas are gone from Paso post office, inspiring outrage

The photos were taken down after a customer complained that the display
was pro-war. When the issue came to the attention of the regional postal center,
they asked that Paso Robles postmaster Mike Milby and his staff take them down
because they violate a regulation against displays of non-postal business
material at any U.S. post office.

Wouldn't you love to know who the anti-troop customer is. You know, just to drop by and say a nice hello. You being a war-monger who just has to see pictures of people in uniforms and all.

Is Hillary Getting Take Out While Bill Is Eating In?

Who's making love to your old lady
While you were out making love

Hillary has been busy while Bill has been out.

It is pretty obvious who is being bought, but who is doing the buying and who are they buying for? Money is flowing through the hands of hedge funds, corporations, bag men and now busboys and trinket merchants, but from which source is the money flowing from. And why.

To paraphrase Sir Winston Churchill;

"I cannot forecast to you the action of the Clintons. It is a riddle,
wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma; but perhaps there is a key. That key is
Clintonian personal interest."

Bill has his secret foundation and library which is receiving huge chunks of money from anonymous people and sources from around the globe in such sums as to question just how many books and trinkets his library can hold.. Hillary has busboys and junked up CEOs of hollow companies pumping 1000s of thousands of dollars, beyond the means of the donors, into the Clinton presidential campaign through the magic of double-blind bundling techniques that cannot be traced back to non-existent people without green cards nor jobs. Is America great or what?

What seems to be apparent is that now (and earlier over the years) a lot of the money is coming from the pacific rim, especially China. China, as in communist China. China, as in the China that wants to be the economic alpha dog of the world. For the moment we can put aside the insignificant fact that foreign governments and individuals aren't suppose to financially support and influence presidential candidates of the United States of America. That they are is obvious, but why?

What is communist China attempting to buy in a Clinton presidency? Are the Chinese the only ones attempting to buy in? Is Clinton the only candidate selling or are other candidates putting out offers as well? I smell a Putin in this pile of Hu Jintao .

As far as either Clinton is concerned, customers have established what they are, now they're just dickering over the price.

It's Chinatown, Jake.

Not Too Bright Harry Reid Tries to Turn Limbaugh Slap Down

Harry Reid is dumber than I thought.

"Never did we think that this letter would bring money of this nature. And,
for the cause, Madam President, it is extremely good. Now, everyone knows that
Rush Limbaugh and I don't agree on everything in life and maybe that is kind of
an understatement. But without qualification, Mark May [sic] -- the owner of the
network that has Rush Limbaugh -- and Rush Limbaugh should know that this letter that they're auctioning is going to be something that raises money for a
worthwhile cause."

Nice try Harry. Rush handed you your rear end. You're an idiot.

Reality Based Pelosi Forced To Face Reality

After being defeated constantly in her quest to create her legacy as a culture changer, Nancy Pelosi runs face first into a wall of reality that leaves an ugly mark and look on her face.

Pelosi Makes Political Misstep in Reversal on Armenian Genocide

The two meetings House Speaker Nancy Pelosi attended before a vote on a resolution labeling the massacre of Armenians in Ottoman Turkey a genocide foreshadowed the biggest political misstep of her speakership.

In the hours before a House panel approved the resolution Oct. 10, Pelosi was told in a tense meeting with Turkey's ambassador that the vote would endanger his country's alliance with the U.S. She had a warmer session with an Armenian cleric and representatives of Armenian-Americans, who have a large presence in her home state of California. In both, she made clear she intended to bring the resolution to a full House vote.

Since then, Pelosi, 67, has been in retreat. Her vow to bring the
measure to a vote outraged Turkey, which recalled its ambassador and threatened to cut off the use of its military bases to resupply U.S. troops in Iraq. On Oct. 17, Pelosi said it ``remains to be seen'' whether the vote would occur
after more than a dozen lawmakers pulled their names from the measure and some Democrats asked her to drop it.

Overall the article totally misses the target. This bill was not brought up as it has been for years which was to show concern to the large Armenian population in California. This bill was brought up to embarrass President Bush, drive a wedge between the US and an important ally in the War on Terror and Iraq and the bill was brought up as another tawdry attempt to force American troops out of Iraq out by Pelosi and her allies by a back door bill because Congress and the American people do not agree with the cut-and-run crowd now in charge of the federal kindergarten.

My favorite line from the article;

The turnaround is the first major failure for Pelosi, who has successfully
muscled through the agenda she set out when she became leader of the Democratic majority in January.
Somebody is smoking crack at Bloomberg. They may have gotten it from the Speaker's office.

Will Hillary's Dirty Fundraising Sink Her Campaign?

An unlikely treasure-trove of donors for Clinton

Something remarkable happened at 44 Henry St., a grimy Chinatown
tenement with peeling walls. It also happened nearby at a dimly lighted
apartment building with trash bins clustered by the front door. And again not too
far away, at 88 E. Broadway beneath the Manhattan bridge, where vendors chatter in Mandarin and Fujianese as they hawk rubber sandals and bargain-basement clothes.

All three locations, along with scores of others scattered throughout
some of the poorest Chinese neighborhoods in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx,
have been swept by an extraordinary impulse to shower money on one particular
presidential candidate -- Democratic front-runner Hillary Rodham Clinton.

What is it with this crowd? Remember when aLgore got donations from monks sworn to poverty? Now big bucks busboys are hot on the heels of soft Hsu donations from orientals living shoulder to shoulder in empty houses on the west coast.

Must be a Mandarin money mandate for mama Clinton. It could also be their Boxer rebellion. Containable, but ugly.

Pete Stark - Another Democrat Liar/Loser

Pete Stark
“You don’t have money to fund the war or children. But you’re going to spend
it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for
you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the President's
amusement.”

Pete has a history. It is a history littered with sexism, racism, public vulgarity, bully behavior and sheer stupidity.

From Sept, 2005

The House yesterday passed a resolution commemorating the fourth
anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. It extended sympathy to the victims and
survivors; honored the military, first responders, and others who helped;
thanked foreign leaders for their support; declared that America is not waging
war "on any people or any faith"; reaffirmed a commitment to the global war on
terrorism; and vowed "never [to] forget the sacrifices made" on 9/11 or to "bow
to terrorist demands."

Quite a reasonable resolution. The House vote for the resolution was 402-6, but there were six losers who couldn't bring themselves to agree.

Here are the six far-left Democrats who voted "no":

John Conyers (Mich.)
Barbara Lee (Calif.)
Jim McDermott (Wash.)
Cynthia McKinney (Ga.)
Pete Stark (Calif.)
Lynn Woolsey (Calif.)

What a group. Six moonbats looking for a belfry.
The San Francisco Chronicle editorialized, "Only a politician who assumes he
has a job for life could behave so badly on a semi-regular basis by spewing
personalized invective that might get him punched in certain East Bay taverns …
Surely there must be someone along the shoreline between Alameda and Fremont who could represent the good citizens of the district with class and dignity. It's
not the case now."

Fortney Hillman "Pete" Stark, Jr. is a sick man. As such he can't really be called a disgrace to his country because he's not right in the head.

I'd still kick his butt if he tried his crap on me.

Harry Reid & The 40 Losers

Democrats Align With Murderers, Losers & Dictators Of The World

Who are Reid and Pelosi aligning themselves with to force the withdrawal of our troops from Iraq? We know they have sided with losers like Chuck Hagel, Chuck Schumer, Henry Waxman, John Murtha, Teddy Kennedy, Barack Obama, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton and others in congress, but who else are they aligned with?

Those who want us to withdraw from Iraq just like their Democrat breathern.

A short list:
Jacques Chirac – Spoiled French cheesecake
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad – Iranian dictator
Muqtada al-Sadr – Terrorist cleric
Bashar Al-Assad – Syrian dictator
Hugo Chavez – Venezuelan dictator
Kim Jong-il - North Korean dictator
Vladimer Putin – Short communist wannabe
Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero – Spanish socialist prime minister
Osama bin Laden – Millionaire murderer of the 9/11 attacks

Way to go guys. I guess that whole Ho Chi Minh and Pol Pot thing just wasn't enough for your murdering hearts. You have a helluva reprise going for yourselves.

Crosby & Nash Lied Through Vietnam

and now they think they can lie their way through the War on Terror.

David Crosby and Graham Nash were and are adequate song writers. Their early work respectively with the Byrds and the Hollies, in my opinion was their best work. Nash's "Our House" written for CSN&Y is still capable of simultaneously giving me a headache and nausea within the first three notes.

Chris Matthews Riffs With Anti-war Rockers Crosby and Nash
Chris Matthews joined anti-war rockers David Crosby and Graham Nash as they pined for the good old days of Vietnam war era campus activism and hoped it would rise up again to oppose the "shameless liars" in the Bush administration. Invited on Monday night's "Hardball" to promote their appearance at a peace concert at the National Cathedral, Crosby and Nash riffed with the "Hardball" host about everything from the trashing of the Dixie Chicks and Bill Maher to how Big Oil has made "obsence" profits off the Iraq war.

...
Crosby: "Well they're being fed a lot of infor-, of conflicting
information. You know, on the one hand you've got a young kid who is patriotic,
who loves his country, believes in it and he's being told, 'Yeah this is the
truth and we've gotta go in there to protect your mother and your
sister.'"

Matthews: "Yeah."

Crosby: "And he goes over and he finds out the job is killing
somebody else's mother and sister
."

Matthews: "Yeah."

Crosby: "And he gets disillusioned and he comes back and it's, it's
a hellish situation. And, and we can't be wasting some of the best young people
we have sending them over there to be killed and then, killing hundreds of
thousands of Iraqis at the same time
."
(emphasis mine)

What a crock of horse crap. There is a difference this time though. People aren't buying their lies. In fact, this time around people are laughing at them when they utter this crap. Watching two old farts make fools of themselves is funny indeed. Their lies become parody and their feigned sincerity becomes comedy.

True to form for its current neuvo riche persona the National Cathedral, aka the Episcopal Cathedral Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, is lending its facilities for this round of lies which doesn't give the expected boost to make Crosby and Nash's message soar, but does aid in lessening and lowering the respect and the "religious" message of the Cathedral.

There's no fool like an old fool. True every time.

As violence falls in Iraq, cemetery workers feel the pinch

Even with less violence, many of those buried here are victims of the
war, and the tragedy of each loss offers a counterpoint to workers' worries
about money.

On a recent day, after the ritual washing, four male relatives
carried a coffin containing the scorched and torn body of Mohammed Hazim , 33.
Three women trailed, weeping. Hazim, a member of the radical Mahdi Army
militia, had been killed in a U.S. attack in Diyala province, his brother, Ali,
said.

"Death to infidel America and the agent Iraqi government," the
family chanted again and again.

At the shrine, security guards stopped the procession to check the coffin for explosives before allowing the men to take it inside. Later, at the grave, the men cried and the three women fell to their knees shrieking and flinging fistfuls of sand into their hair, a gesture of extreme grief.

George Washington's Knapp A Hypocrite. What's New?

An open letter to Steven Knapp, president of The George Washington University

October 10, 2007

President Steven Knapp

The George Washington University
2121 I Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20052

Seven students at your institution falsely attributed the “Hate Muslims? So Do We!!” fliers to The George Washington University chapter of Young America’s Foundation. When the fliers initially surfaced you said, “There is no place for expressions of hatred on our campus. We do not condone, and we will not tolerate the dissemination of fliers or other documents that vilify any religious, ethnic or racial group.”

We agree. Vicious personal attacks levied on students are intolerable, and should not go unpunished. The question remains: what will you do about such blatant character assassination now that the truth is out? How will you demonstrate that you don’t “condone” or “tolerate” the dissemination of hate?

To be clear, liberal radicals on your campus accused conservative students of engaging in racist activities, and to buttress those baseless claims, these same radicals manufactured actual racist activities to pin on the young conservatives.

Student Association Executive Vice President Brand Kroeger told the GW Hatchet that he “would support expulsion. These acts are completely heinous.” Again, we agree with this statement if Kroeger believes it is the job of The George Washington University to protect the reputation of students who are wrongfully maligned. In an open letter to you, the culprits admit to distorting the views of the conservatives on campus. They wrote, “We want to reach out to our Muslim brothers and sisters in the Holy Month of Ramadan in hopes that they will embrace our misrepresented, but honorable stand against racism” (emphasis added).

There is, of course, a clear difference between ordinary Muslims who positively contribute to society and radical Jihadists who boast about murdering people indiscriminately. It’s a typical left-wing tactic, however, to just call names, such as “racist,” rather than engage in a serious debate, in this case, over radical Islam. Only the intellectually deficient revert to such slanderous attacks.

The seven who put up the phony fliers are frauds.

You should issue an apology to the conservatives unfairly targeted. It was obvious that the fliers were spreading lies, but your administration, led by Bridgette Behling—the assistant director of the Student Activities Center—sent emails to the young conservatives pressuring them to sign statements disavowing any hate speech that may originate at any future Young America’s Foundation event.

That’s astonishing. Maybe she forgot that the presumption of innocence is an American hallmark? Or maybe your administration should pressure leftist groups to sign statements disavowing any future dirty tricks on conservatives?

The political profiling of conservatives MUST stop. You need to organize a forum immediately that embraces intellectual diversity and denounces the Left’s attempts to create hostile learning environments for conservatives. The campus leftists wrote that Young America’s Foundation “should not [be] allow[ed]” to host conservative speakers. These seven students are trying to squelch robust dialogue and free speech. We believe this to be the goal of their scheme. As president of The George Washington University, we hope that you will create an atmosphere where all students, including conservatives, feel welcomed.

Don’t waste the opportunity.

Ron Robinson, President of Young America’s Foundation

Response to Ron Robinson from Steven Knapp, President of The George Washington University

I am so glad that my two are out of college. At the moment I am listening to a pompous ass, Tanya Acker, from LA pontificate about racism, the law and education on Fox News. Ms. Acker, after interrupting others constantly actually ordered them with a "Do NOT interrupt me again" statement. What a putzette.
Ms. Acker is symptomatic of educators in general and Mr. Knapp specifically in that they are arrogant hypocrites who should under no circumstances be allowed near children and young adults.

Winning Iraq, Losing Turkey, Pelosi's Traitors

Could anyone question the timing of the Armenian legislation against our important ally in the war in Iraq, Turkey, that Pelosi and her ilk are pushing right at this moment?

Turkey could paralyze critical supply lines to Iraq

The Bush administration is concerned that Turkey could block vital U.S. supply routes to Iraq.

Seventy percent of the fuel and air shipments to the U.S. military in Iraq are currently routed through Turkey.

Officials said the Defense Department and U.S. military believe Ankara could retaliate to a U.S. House resolution that blamed Turkey for the killing of 1.5 million Armenians in World War I. They said Ankara could block weapons and supplies to
the U.S. military in Iraq.

Even those supposedly affected by this legislation are opposed to it.
Patriarch Mesrob II underscores opposition to US Armenian bill

The spiritual leader of Armenians living in Turkey, Patriarch Mesrob
Mutafian, has asserted that he is against the Armenian bill accepted last week by the US House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Pelosi, et al are doing this purposely in an attempt to once again undermine a sitting president and his duties as the Commander in Chief regarding the war in Iraq.

Turkish General Issues Warning on Bill

ISTANBUL, Turkey (AP) - Turkey's top general warned that ties with the
U.S., already strained by attacks from rebels hiding in Iraq, will be
irreversibly damaged if Congress passes a resolution that labels the World War
I-era killings of Armenians a genocide.

Turkey, which is a major cargo hub for U.S. and allied military
forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, has recalled its ambassador to Washington for
consultations and warned that there might be a cut in the logistical support to
the U.S. over the issue.

"If this resolution passed in the committee passes the House as
well, our military ties with the U.S. will never be the same again," Gen. Yasar
Buyukanit told the daily Milliyet newspaper.

Not only will this action damage our effort in Iraq it will also affect our relationship with an important ally for years to come.

Enough is enough. It is time for Pelosi to go. She is a traitor.

Hillary Care Preview In England

English 'pull own teeth' as dental service decays

Falling numbers of state dentists in England has led to some people
taking extreme measures, including extracting their own teeth, according to a
new study released Monday.

Others have used superglue to stick crowns back on, rather than
stumping up for private treatment, said the study. One person spoke of carrying
out 14 separate extractions on himself with pliers.

Expecting big things from the first lady of sole, I have already put in my proposal to Hillary for an inexpensive procedure titled "Root Canal By Chainsaw". Very effective and at a price the whole family can afford.

Hobson's Choice Hurts Ohio

Dave Hobson to go bye-bye.

Ohio Rep. Hobson to Retire

Rep. David Hobson, a nine-term Republican from Ohio, announced plans to retire Sunday, the 12th member of his party to do so since the beginning of the year.

"I wanted to go out on top," said Hobson, who said his health is good. He would have faced token opposition at best had he sought a new term.

The 71-year-old Hobson became the third member of the Ohio delegation
to announce retirement plans. Rep. Ralph Regula, who has been in Congress since 1973, announced recently he will not run again. Rep. Deborah Pryce, who narrowly won re-election in 2006, had previously said her current term will be her last.

I think this is an example of Taft's brilliance continued, which many do not understand, such as Taft's constant overtaxing and over regulating the citizens of Ohio simply to give them a platform to show their displeasure. In this case Ohio Republicans are getting so many of their peers to retire so as to confuse the Democrats and make them spread their money too thinly to win in 2008.

See? Brilliant.

Beat The Christmas Rush, Abhor Gore Now

Just like the Czechs!

HT Vodka Pundit.

Behold, The Transplanted Saviors of Iraq

Joe Biden, political theorist ordinaire, has a little bumble bee under his bonnet about telling the freely elected government of Iraq just how best to run their affairs. It is truly heartwarming that Joey has embraced federalism for Iraq. Maybe he might start feeling the same about the government he is a duly elected fellow of.

Senate Endorses Plan to Divide Iraq
Action Shows Rare Bipartisan Consensus
September 26, 2007

Showing rare bipartisan consensus over war policy, the Senate
overwhelmingly endorsed a political settlement for Iraq that would divide the
country into three semi-autonomous regions.

The plan, conceived by Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.), was approved 75-23 as a non-binding resolution, with 26 Republican votes. It would not force President Bush to take any action, but it represents a significant milestone in the Iraq debate, carving out common ground in a debate that has grown increasingly polarized and focused on military strategy.

The Biden plan envisions a federal government system for Iraq,
consisting of separate regions for Iraq's Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish populations.
The structure is spelled out in Iraq's constitution, but Biden would initiate
local and regional diplomatic efforts to hasten its evolution.

I find it wonderful when bi-partisanship grips not just congress, but also the presidential primaries. Joey and his newest playground buddy, Sammy, are just anxious to make all playgrounds more just and liveable for all children. Isn't that precious?

Brownback and Biden: On carving up Iraq

Biden and Brownback, a Kansas senator, maintained their plan for Iraq
would be the best solution toward stabilizing the country along the ethnic lines
of the Shias, Sunnis and Kurds, with a loose federal government in Baghdad that
would involve itself in sharing of oil revenues and coinage.

Both men adamantly denied that their legislation, which recently
passed the Senate and awaits House action, would create a forced partition of
Iraq. Instead they said the legislation was aimed at having the Iraqi's
restructure their government as allowed under the country's recently adopted
constitution.

Only one problem Mr Brownback and Mr. Biden.

IT'S NOT YOUR FREAKIN COUNTRY!

But I'm sure you knew that. Right?

Gore Garners Merchant Of Death Prize

These are recent Nobel Peace Prize winners. Malcontents, sore losers and terrorists.

Not a bunch I'd liked to be lumped in with.

One had lust in his heart

One got busted by a boy tart

And one is a blustering fart

Oh, all three have had a significant problem with the truth.

Hot Dogs, The Pentagon and The USSR

Cafe Ground Zero: Serving up Nuked Food for over 50 Years

The hot dog stand in the Pentagon's center courtyard, which long has
been a source of Cold War intrigue, will be torn down in the coming months and
replaced with a new eating facility.

"Rumor has it that during the Cold War the Russians never had any less
than two missiles aimed at this hot dog stand," said Brett Eaton, an information
and communications officer for Washington Headquarters Services. "They thought
this was the Pentagon's most top secret meeting room, and the entire Pentagon
was a large fortress built around this hot dog stand."

Reportedly, by using satellite imagery, the Soviets could see groups of
U.S. military officers entering and exiting the hot dog stand at about the same
time every day. They concluded that the stand was the entrance to an underground
bunker.

Democrats/NASCAR, Oil/Water?

Those "we love everybody" Dems and Libs are at it again...

Congress considersConcord hazardous?
NASCAR fans might seem rabid, but are they actually contagious?

Getting a hepatitis shot is standard procedure for travelers
to parts of Africa and Asia, but some congressional aides were instructed to get
immunized before going to Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord and the racetrack in Talladega, Ala.

The House Homeland Security Committee planned a fact-finding trip
about public health preparedness at mass gatherings and decided to conduct the
research at two of the nation's most heavily attended sporting events, NASCAR's
Bank of America 500 event this weekend and the UAW-Ford 500 last
weekend.

Staff who organized the trips advised the NASCAR-bound aides to get
a range of vaccines before attending -- hepatitis A, hepatitis B, tetanus,
diphtheria and influenza.

I guess even with 10's of millions of dollars at stake for programs and projects for buying votes, the Dems still don't get it. Like when they called King Petty a drunk.

Maybe there are hard feelings lingering since I heard Billy Clinton booed at Darlington and Ronald Reagan cheered wildly by a monster crowd years before.

Yep, that NASCAR crowd is stoopid, but are they dangerous?

Why Dogs Bite People

Dressing Down Congress Over Trannie's Equal Rights

I do not believe in special rights for special interest groups. The practice has been an abysmal failure from the get-go. Name the special interest group who got the special rights and read the record of them being worse off for it. Then read the street and hear how the intended goal of respect became the opposite. "Ah, they never would've got if they didn't have it handed to them."

Gay Rights Backers Split on Bias Bill

Legislation banning workplace discrimination against gays, lesbians and
bisexuals _ but not those who have had sex-change surgery or cross-dressers _
has stalled after an outcry from the transgender community and its allies,
including many gay rights organizations.

"Transgender" is an umbrella term that covers transsexuals,
cross-dressers and others whose outward appearance doesn't match their gender at birth.

The Employment Non-Discrimination Act would make it illegal for
employers to make decisions about hiring, firing, promoting or paying an
employee based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Churches and the
military would be exempt.

But when Democrats took vote counts and realized the measure would
fail, they substituted a new scaled-back version dropping transgender people
from the bill. A second bill to ban workplace discrimination against
transgenders was also drafted.

Gay rights groups that oppose a ban that leaves out transgender
people have waged an aggressive lobbying campaign.

"Fighting your friends can sometimes be difficult," said Frank.

Foreman agreed.

"I never thought in a million years we would be on the opposite
side of Barney Frank and it is painful," he said.

As I read this, it is a head fake with the trannies so as to slip the GLB right on through to the other side. How considerate to exempt churches and the military. I would have to wonder though, would it be considered terrorism to have a SEAL dressed in gold lame, with a boob job and belting out show tunes as she/it attacks? I'm thinking el Ali Bubba would question the exact worth of 72 virgins with that sight stuck in his head.

If the GLBT community says that the T's are hurting passage it must mean without the T's they think passage is a given. To sooth chapped nerves maybe Barney can run a business comfort lounge out of his Capitol Hill basement for his trannie friends. Oh, he's already tried that.

Granted, I don't read alternative papers that much anymore, but why in hell haven't I heard about this before?

Jimmy Carter, Still Crazy After All These Years

Jimmy Carter calls Cheney a "disaster"
Former President Jimmy Carter on Wednesday denounced Vice President
Dick Cheney as a "disaster" for the country and a "militant" who has had an
excessive influence in setting foreign policy.

This is a joke, right? Really? No way.

Hey Jimmah, how is that planning change for Operation Eagle Claw coming along?

Carter has cornered the market on "disaster". And not just at home.

It's Slice And Dice Time

An early light dinner and early to bed. It will be a very early morning and a long couple of days before I'm back in the saddle again.

I'm going with the mechanical valve.

I'll blog when I can.

Be good.

Secessionists And Their Damn Fool Ideas

Secessionists meeting in Tennessee
"We believe that an independent South, or Hawaii, Alaska, or Vermont
would be better able to serve the interest of everybody, regardless of race or
ethnicity," said Michael Hill of Killen, Ala., president of the League of the
South.

I lost a lot of family on both sides the last time this was tried. My great-grandfather grew a long beard to hide his shattered chin and jaw, but he considered himself lucky because the only limb they didn't amputate during the civil war was the head.

I cherish my Southern heritage and have made sure my children have read accurate histories of the lead up to the War of Northern Aggression, the war and its aftermath. I despise the drunks and the fools that spout off about southern this and southern that. Booze, beliefs and buffoons do not mix well.

Weakening America at this time is a liberal's moron's dream.

I could see Vermont, in their smug self righteousness, actually believing they'd be better off, but The League of the South is just making money.

General Motors, Ford Motor and DaimlerChrysler said yesterday that they had reached agreements with China to import more cars and trucks built in the United States. month).

Busch Brothers Too Stupid To Race

When push comes to shove and quick thinking is paramount, the Busch brothers just cannot beat the Peter Principle.

Think back to all the times either Kyle or Kurt screwed up themselves or worse trashed the hopes of other drivers.

Again, think back to junior high when the goofy looking weirdo always seem to have the "sorry" look on their face when the apparent winner was lying on the ground because they were tripped up and lost the race because of the "sorry" guy that was too uncoordinated to control themself.

Picture the Busch brothers. Both of them. Dweebs.

Note: Kurt, beware the Indy meatball. You might be toast. He might deep 20 you.

Episcopal VS The Truth

Stand For Your Beliefs . . . or not . . .
But just as the left wishes to continually reinterpret the Constitution,
(calling it a living, breathing document - which really means anything goes if
you twist the words enough) they now wish to reinterpret even the words of our
Father in Heaven.

The church in which I grew and grew up in is a hollow shell bereft of the great theology and priests who guided us (many times with a paddle and boxing gloves) through the pitfalls of life. When first asked, by Father Bowling, "What would Christ do?" when I had committed an infraction, I was stunned. Nobody had asked that before. Even my sixth grade mind understood the question. And the import of the question.

Up is not down and red is not blue. Even the Episcopal Church should have the where-with-all to grasp this.

Hate the sin, love the sinner. Pretty simple, eh?

We Should All Be Party Crashers!

Though I am glad that Newt is not going for the presidency it does not mean he hasn't some great insight.

This is a great article and one that is dear to my heart.

Our Unseen Government

I have for years talked about the hidden government of bureaucrats that undermine administrations, usually Republican, and merrily make their own policy because us, the great unwashed, are too stupid to know what is good for us.

I would very much like this hidden government to stop being a reality. Most Americans do not even know that it exists. That fact alone means that it is evil.

More chilling is that this hidden government is dangerous to our Republic.

Most of our founding fathers would have supported hanging them.

Huge kudos to Sniper One for bringing this to our attention!!!!

Iraq, Liberals, The MSM And A Crock Of Crap

Just got back from our week with the in laws, NASCAR, the beach and reforming. Just in time for Buckeye football tonight.

I am very happy to announce that we arrived at the Philadelphia Airport, boarded our US Air flight on time and landed in beautiful Columbus Ohio 9 minutes early. With all of our baggage.

Our son is visiting a lovely lady and her family so we walked into a house of two very anxious yellow Labs. Unloading the car had to wait as our puppy reunion took place. No pun intended, but it does one's heart a lot of good to see that much love.

I was a tad reluctant to dive back into the news, but having done so I found one excellent article and one that masterfully discussed a so predictably kneejerk reaction by the Nation.

First, good news from Afghanistan that the MSM doesn't dare write about for obvious reasons. They're morons.

via Instapundit;

A Quiet Triumph May be Brewing from The American Thinker that connects the war in Iraq, Afghanistan and our governments efforts to do what liberals can't admit is successful or good, but also can't state that we are enlarging the war as they successfully did during Vietnam because too many people remember how many of our soldiers died or were wounded because of their traitorous stupid actions.

The second article is from the always reliable This Ain't Hell about liberal's traitorous stupid punditry concerning the War On Terror.

The Nation; Neocons provoke Iran from John Lilyea speaks directly to the Vietnam War madness by liberals, progressives, socialists and communists who aided and abetted the Vietcong (until they were decimated), the North Vietnamese military and government and the communist Chinese and the USSR at different times. Now they are trying the same old tiresome tactics concerning Iraq.

After all, the young morons that helped snatch victory away in Vietnam are now older morons or the parents of current young morons that are writing this crap.

It is nice to be home. And, the poopies puppies are happy.

I bought a lot.

It was wonderful.

Tonight we are off to a special dinner.

My doctor is still pissed.

I missed it when Tom Blogical first questioned my condiments. My apology, but the bourbon and homemade mustard are fine and the homemade horse radish is a gift from God.

I blame the biscuits.

Henceforth, biscuits will only be eaten when served.

Rough Life

Presently, I am looking toward Ireland over the Atlantic. The tide in coming in and the sun is shining as it can't seem to do in my beloved Ohio.

For those that enjoy NASCAR, the Monster Mile claimed many victims yesterday in the race at Dover. I think Dale, Jr and Tony Stewart were more surprised than anyone that they salvaged a good run. Plus Edwards may lose his victory due to post race inspections.

Today, the inlaws and my wife are taking me on a secret journey in Maryland. It should be fun.
