Native Americans Not So Native?

So, native Americans got ticked off when their relatives showed up?

Seems like some things never change.

The Cost Of Illegal Aliens By State

Friday, August 19, 2011

I Ignore Your Law, Now reward Me!

If we were being honest we'd call the Democrat's immigration reform what it really is, voter ID outreach.

Obama to deport illegals by ‘priority’

30 11 million illegal aliens. That's the increase the Democrats are hoping to add to their voter lists across the nation. It might make up the shortfall created by public and corporate unions as they share their love through extortion, fists and threats to business and individuals nationwide. Plus, our hurting economy looks like streets paved of gold to these illegals.

I think Obama has bought heavily into Taco futures.

The Constitutionally Challenged 9th Circuit Misses It Again. This Time On Illegal Immigration.

The 9th has a history of rewriting and the rereading the constitution to eek out a ruling that they like, especially with immigration. They're at it again. Now that they are aligned with Eric Holder and that isn't pretty.

Court won't lift stay on Arizona immigration law

Obama's boy Holder can't do his job, but he has a special dysfunction with the immigration issue as in, he wants illegal immigrants in the US and he wants to make the criminals legal citizens. It is a political decision on his part as it is with Obama and the Democratic Party. It's all about votes. They are using illegals the way LBJ and the party used blacks in the 70s in a cynical ploy to maintain power.

The 9th is part of that ploy. It's a clown court.

American Discrimination Leaves Aliens In Limbo

Americans. How did we get so many in our country. It's nice that we have a university chancellor, from Berkeley no less, to set us straight.

Cal's Robert Birgeneau talks about Tucson shooting

In a campus-wide e-mail message, Birgeneau said: "It is not a coincidence that this calamity has occurred in a state which has legislated discrimination against undocumented persons."

He added that "this same mean-spirited xenophobia played a major role in the defeat of the Dream Act by our legislators in Washington, leaving many exceptionally talented and deserving young people, including our undocumented students, painfully in limbo."

There should be no limbo. If they are undocumented, ie illegal, their cases should move forward expeditiously with the help of Berkeley's chancellor and his nifty staff. Then deport them.

I hope this gentle person from Berkeley knows that I am not being hateful. Nor am I mimicking his peers who use hateful and violent language against those who disagree with them.

I am sure that he has rules at his establishment. I am sure he knows that the United States of America has rules. In fact he may have heard them called laws.

If he wants to encourage and reward people who knowingly break the law and he assists them he might also want to be aware that aiding and abetting a criminal in an act of crime is a crime in and of itself.

If he is not aware of this then he is stupid which makes him wholly qualified to be the Chancellor of Berkeley. But that doesn't mean anyone cares a whit what he thinks or says. And that's not discrimination, it's an observation.

Dream Act 5 Votes Short

Just in. The libs needed 60 votes and they couldn't get them.

I'd like to know the names of the 55 who supported this shameful legislation.

Dream Act A Legal Way To Corrupt Politics With Illegals

Democrats and their bought and paid for subsidiary, the Latino bloc, love the Dream Act. For them, what's not to love? Both get what they want, more legal illegal votes for one and legality not deserved for the other.

The Dems must have bullied, bought and threatened enough to put it up for a vote. I think voters had an opinion about these types of multi-layered corrupt activities last November 2. Maybe the Dems missed that.

Nah, they have a long history of vote buying. It's a party Tammany Hall thing.

Dream Act: Democrats Didn't Learn A Thing In 2010 Elections

First, they re-elect their leadership in Congress. I guess they should be given a pass on Pelosi. She's scary in a very scary Baltimore street thug way of being scary. Kinda like re-electing Chavez or any Castro.

Now they want to increase their voter base through the Dream Act using "fairness" and "reform" in the chorus of their mantra which they believe if sung very nicely that voters either will agree or be lulled by the tune. Maybe they hope that the language alone will make it not understandable. 2, 000 page of Congressian is less understandable than Opera in Italian.

The bottom line is that the Dream Act is a cynical act to create a new generation of Democrat voters who the Democrats hope to bribe with this legislation. The Dream Act is a horrible act and Democrats should be embarrassed and shamed.

They haven't learned a thing and need to be further reminded in 2012. That is if Republicans do the job they were elected to do. If they act like Democrat lite then 2012 could be a nightmare for all involved.

Do-Nothing Zack Space Sarcastically Calls Gibbs Immigration Policy 'Genius'

Zack, Zach, whatever, does his carnival magic act of diverting voters attention away from what he doesn't want them to see.

What has Zack done on immigration? Well, he hasn't done squat for any of these immigration issues:
  • Reduce Chain Migration
  • Reduce Visa Lottery
  • Reduce Unnecessary Worker Visas
  • Reduce Amnesty Enticements
  • Reduce Refugee and Asylum Fraud
  • Challenge Status Quo
  • Reduce Anchor Baby Citizenship
Space did vote on these immigration issues:

Space voted in favor of allowing illegal aliens to vote in union elections Motion to Recommit H.R. 800
Space opposed a committee amendment to prevent illegal aliens from accessing taxpayer-funded health care in 2009  Deal amendment to H.R. 3200
Space supported a health bill that creates rewards or incentives for illegal immigration. H.R. 3962

So, who's the genius Zack?

Chris Matthews & Howard Dean-Identical Braintards

Chris Matthews. What does one say? Ethics? Professionalism? Smarts? Don't need to say a word when he opens his mouth.

Howard Dean gets taken apart by Chris Wallace and decides to throw some more you know what out there and gets taken down again. Maybe Howie will go for three.

Clinton Judge Allows Illegals To Roam More Freely

The recap which the Clinton appointed judge may have missed is that there is a 10th amendment, Arizona is being invaded by illegal aliens, crime in Arizona is soaring due to drug cartels and other criminals and the federal government isn't doing its job of protecting our borders in general and specifically Arizona's border with Mexico. Ah, but then she would have agreed that the definition of "is" isn't settled.

Judge blocks parts of Arizona immigration law

The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.

The judge also put on hold parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places.

Undocumented workers, actually illegal aliens breaking the law by being here and seeking employment illegally to the detriment of unemployed Americans, are now allowed to seek employment for which they will be protected by the courts. Americans losing their homes will have to pay for a lawyer.

Time for the courts and the federal government to shut up and do their jobs. To say they have in this instance hardly makes it so. They haven't.

Why Can't Arizona Sue The Federal Government?

Arizona should. The federal government is not doing their job as outlined in the contract known as the Constitution. The federal government is incompetent. It is woefully and willfully not doing their job and now want to sue Arizona because Arizona passed a law that would do that which the federal government should do.

If I were Arizona I'd sue the federal government for breach of contract as well as the cost of the defense of the Arizona  law passed  that states that which the federal law has already stated.

Quit the crap and protect the border. Obama, you can get votes some other way. They're getting thinner, but there are still a lot of unmined graveyards in the Chicago area. Calumet alone should give the advantage in votes. If not, there are all those empty lots in Detroit that they plan to garden. Think counting crows.

Pete Stark: Arrogant Or Incompetent?

Both. His constituents get what they vote. They remind me of the fool in our town who would get drunk and loudly exclaim, "Stop hitting me so hardly."

I think he actually believes himself a sarcastic wit. He's an old fool.

Hey Arizona: Do My Shoes Look "Illegal" to You?

America's Voice

Being snarky doesn't always work, especially when you reference Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews. Using fools just sets you up as the fool.

Some do

Some don't.

Anchor Babies As A Weapon

Denying citizenship for illegal immigrants' children is a bad idea

Go back, however, and read the transcripts of the 1866 debate in the Senate and you find that both those for and against the amendment readily acknowledged its application to illegal immigrants. A Pennsylvania senator, for example, objected to granting citizenship to the children of aliens who regularly commit "trespass" within the United States. The concern then was with babies of gypsy or Chinese parents.

But Congress and the ratifying states opted instead to uphold a founding principle of the republic that was fundamental to the peaceful building of a multiethnic immigrant nation, however imperfectly. In a world plagued by bloody ethnic conflicts, that concern remains valid.

The WaPo writer goes on to say that it is not a immigration strategy for women to purposely have their babies in the US. Not true. Foreigners have used anchor babies as well as marriage and other techniques to gain entrance to the US and illegal alien entrance and anchor babies are proliferating. Groups such as La Raza and MECHa openly talk of it to build their population for power to retake the southwestern portion of the US. This population is being used as a weapon.

It is time to deny them automatic citizenship and secure our borders.

Border Patrol Equals KKK To Leftist

But Elena Herrada does concede that some police in the community are okay.

Elena Herrada is a community activist in southwest Detroit and with the Social Justice Program at Marygrove College. She sees Arizonia's law as unjust and unworkable.

"A pretty extreme law that basically comes down to almost ethnic cleansing for the state of Arizona," she said. "How are they going to do that especially given the history of Arizona? Arizona belonged to Mexico. So, there's people that have been there long before the border."

Figures, she worked for the SEIU.

'Illegals Have A Right To A Fair Wage'

Answer 1) Sure, they're the only people with jobs.

Answer 2) Sure, in their home country.

Answer 3) Sure, the Obama Administration is nuts, but they're our nuts.

Hillary Gonna Sue Jan

Hillary Clinton Says White House Will Sue Over Arizona Immigration Law

They are going to sue a state that acted because they refused to act. That's logic in DC.

I hope Hill told Holder about this. Hell, I hope Hill told Obama.

Arizona And Other States Run By White Supremacists Says Rep Sanchez (D-El Loco)

Representative Linda Sanchez: White Supremacist Groups Behind Arizona Immigration Law
Rep. Linda Sanchez, D-Calif., told a Democratic Club on Tuesday that white supremacist groups are influencing lawmakers to adopt laws that will lead to discrimination.

"There's a concerted effort behind promoting these kinds of laws on a state-by-state basis by people who have ties to white supremacy groups," said the lawmaker, who is of Mexican descent. "It's been documented. It's not mainstream politics."

Documented? As in (un)documented workers?

Not mainstream politics? As in it's not mainstream politics to want all people to follow the law? Equally?
