Obama Speaks At Hitler's Favorite Monument

How appropriate.
The Siegessäule -- or Victory Column -- was erected in memory of Prussia's victories over Denmark (1864), Austria (1866) and France (1870/71). The column originally stood in front of the Reichstag, Germany's parliament building, but was moved by Adolf Hitler to its current location in 1939 to make way for his planned transformation of Berlin into the Nazi capital "Germania."

"The Siegessäule in Berlin was moved to where it is now by Adolf Hitler. He saw it as a symbol of German superiority and of the victorious wars against Denmark, Austria and France," the deputy leader of the Free Democrats, Rainer Brüderle, told Bild am Sonntag. He raised the question as to "whether Barack Obama was advised correctly in his choice of the Siegessäule as the site to hold a speech on his vision for a more cooperative world."

Hitler had Germania. Will we get Obashington?

Using The Black Man: Obama As Revenue Stream Enhancer

The media loves Obama. The are blah about McCain. Obama brings Hope without the baggage. McCain brings hard work with all the baggage of, well, hard work. If you think your child is bored 15 seconds into the discussion about the necessity of planning for their life, just look at a reporter's eyes glaze over when confronted with the details and realistic ramifications of policy decisions.

"Yes, Senator McCain, you spoke of the need for protecting Iraq's future as an ally and friend in the turbulence we've created in the Middle East and avoiding a slaughter such as you believe occurred in South East Asia after we brought our troops home from Vietnam due to overwhelming public sentiment to do so. My question is two fold; first, how much does your wife earn from her beer business and second, does she have her staff use lemon oil from the bottle or an aerosol can? I also have a follow up."

The media loathes a public that doesn't read their bilge.

Politics as porn. From the Huffington Post. Chris Matthews: I have to tell you, you know, it's part of reporting this case, this election, the feeling most people get when they hear Barack Obama's speech. My, I felt this thrill going up my leg. I mean, I don't have that too often.

BLITZER: We're out of time, but a quick question on this Mother's Day weekend. Your mother raised you. She was on food stamps at one point -- a single mother. If she were alive today and she saw where you have reached, the point that you have reached right now, what would she say to you?

And I thought only John Edwards could talk to the dead, but alas, there seems to be nothing that Obama can't do, but that is the point that editors want paramount. Obama the magnificent. Obama sells rags like nothing they've seen since JFK. And the better the circulation, both real, unreal and implied, the better the revenue stream from sellers of what-nots.

Policies don't matter, even if the media agrees, honesty doesn't matter, the media could care less, and experience doesn't mean a whit, the media wants revenue in light of their sinking fortunes. Business is business, but hypocrisy, lying and false premise, as witnessed daily in the media is not business. It is a lie, but if Obama can sell they'll use him all they can.
