I call BS. Anyone can be beaten. Those that lose either didn't adequately plan to fight and win or didn't want to win. That a "top" British soldier is being quoted here will be news all over the miserable murdering world of Islamofascists in the next few days. Which is why it was published.

Among those who FoxNews.com determined have attended the prayer services during the Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama administrations are:

— Anwar al-Awlaki, the notorious Al Qaeda cleric believed to be hiding in Yemen and the lone American on the U.S. government’s capture or kill list, who conducted a prayer service on Capitol Hill shortly after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.  

— Randall “Ismail” Royer, a former communications associate for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), who confessed in 2004 to receiving jihadist training in Pakistan. He is serving a 20-year prison term.

— Anwar Hajjaj, former president of Taibah International Aid Association, which was designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. and U.N. in 2004.

— Esam Omeish, the former president of the Muslim American Society, who was forced to resign from the Virginia Commission on Immigration in 2007 after calling for "the jihad way," among other remarks.

— Salam Al-Marayati, president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, who was forced to step down from a national terrorism committee post in 1999 for pro-terrorist comments.

— Nihad Awad, CAIR executive director, who attended a Hamas meeting in Philadelphia in 1993 that was wiretapped by the FBI.

— Johari Abdul Malik, Dar al-Hijrah imam, who made statements in support of convicted and suspected terrorists who attended his mosque.

— Tariq Ramadan, a Muslim scholar banned from the U.S. for six years beginning in 2004 for his alleged ties and donations to terror groups. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lifted Ramadan's ban in January.  

—  Abdulaziz Othman Al-Twaijri, the head of a division of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, considered a foreign agent by the U.S.

It is unclear who else has attended these services, because there appears to be no public record of those CMSA has invited to Capitol Hill. The group’s website, included in the official congressional staff associations directory, displays an error message. And out of the more than 25 people associated with CMSA whom FoxNews.com contacted for this article — members, participants, guests, listed officers, congressional sponsors and Muslim advocacy groups — only one person was willing to speak. 

The one person willing to speak on the record was pretty unsure of anything about anything except:

When asked if he is in the video of the service or had attended any service on Capitol Hill led by Awlaki, Hooper said, “I don’t even remember. I don’t have a real big interest in furthering Fox News' anti-Muslim agenda, but thanks for calling.”

Adul Gheit claimed Obama told the Arabs to show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic issues, like the Health care reform, he would show the Muslim World how to deal with Israel.

Okay, what more?

He used the wrong material in his bomb so it didn't explode
He left a running vehicle running in a no parking zone
Times Square is heavily guarded
It was a street vendor alerted authorities
He attended terror camps in Pakistan
He was not on the Terror Watch List
Pakistan was (too) quick to make arrests
He supposedly is a lone bomber


What all this tells us:

That his bomb didn't explode was a mistake
That it was a street vendor that started the investigation
That our security forces appears to been completely in the dark
That he is not a lone bomber
That he is a Muslim
He is either a sleeper or newly made Jihadi
He was assisted in his effort

One more thing:

He is not the only one.

Obama Akaka Trying To Create A Hawaiian Super State Within A State Is Wrong And UnAmerican

When will this madness stop? A separate super state that is not answerable to a central or state government. Maybe we should create a special super state for blacks? For gays? How about one third of the country to Latino/Mexican/Hispanics? Well, we created reservations for Indians and look how well that worked out.

The Akaka bill would create a race-based state in Hawaii.
President Obama speaks proudly of his childhood in Hawaii, so we wonder what the state's voters think of his support for a bill that would redistribute its wealth based on race. That's what would happen under the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act, which Congress is trying to sneak through in its final days this year.

Sponsored by Senator Daniel Akaka, the bill would transfer a percentage of public-owned lands to a native Hawaiian government within the state of Hawaii. The legislation would collect some 400,000 ethnic Hawaiians scattered across the country into a newly affiliated tribe, eventually endowed with the powers of a sovereign state, including freedom from state taxes and regulations and separate police power.

Proponents say the plan would duplicate the legal scenario set up for Native Americans, but the Akaka bill carves out new territory.

Besides, this is just a first step toward Hawaii breaking completely from the United States to become a separate nation and Senator Akaka and President Obama know this.

Race based politics has always been stupid, but this is dangerous. The melting pot that is America is our strength, but there have been rules for the melting pot achieving the American dream such as assimilation, hard work, learn our language and loyalty to the country. Just as with the Indian, this bill will foster no assimilation, no loyalty, no melting pot and never ending taxpayer hand outs which kill initiative. It will also weaken our country because the bill would achieve the opposite. It will create disloyalty.

There has been, I believe, an ongoing effort to split the United States of America. There has been, obviously, the "Indian Nation" which has been and will continue to be a failed effort on the part of the federal government to maintain reservations for the preservation of Indian culture instead of assimilation. Reservations set a precedent, which created lands within the United States as not part of the United States, and there are those attempting to link to that precedent such as Aztlan, Raza, and MEChA. No, not to set up reservations for Mexicanos, but to use the reservation precedent as a legal basis of the admitted wrongdoing by the United States to break lands away from the United States.

A six year board member of La Raza, a Mexican group that is actively pursuing the re-conquest of Southwestern United States, is a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, Sonia Sotomayor. La Raza is nothing more than a hate group that was counseled by Yasser Arafat and Sotomayor helped direct and support that hate against the sovereignty of the United States. During her confirmation hearings Sotomayor answered no questions about her involvement because none were asked. It was considered impolite to question a wise Latino woman.

Miguel Perez, a La Raza spokesman at Cal State-Northridge, has been quoted as saying: “The ultimate ideology is the liberation of Aztlan. Communism would be closest [to it]. Once Aztlan is established, ethnic cleansing would commence: Non-Chicanos would have to be expelled — opposition groups would be quashed because you have to keep power.”

There is a movement within the United States made up of people and groups that have little or no loyalty to their country which includes blacks, whites, Indians, Mexicans, Hawaiians, arabs and others that would welcome the breaking up of the country. They have different agendas, but the same goal. They also have no fear of their actions because Americans have been bludgeoned into not asking for fear of charges of racism. Now these people and groups appear to have government on their side in reaching their goal.

Then there are others that will go along because, even though they are not actively working toward that goal, they believe it will profit them. Other groups that could ally with them are those who don't care, are afraid or just plain believe the propaganda against America even though they are not part of any group. Rev Wright's chickens are coming home to roost throughout the land because no one has stood up and called BS on him and his followers such as Obama.

Each group has an agenda and the stronger groups will exploit those other groups to their ends through ever changing alliances that will strengthen their numbers and their resolve toward the goal of stripping away large areas of the United States to form new counties constantly weakening us which is what they want and so do our international enemies, especially those once super powers. That will allow our wealth to become easier pickings and, more important, dim the beacon of hope for a world weary of despots, dictators and tyrants.

Hawaii is significant today as it was December 7, 1941 as it will be the modern indicator of a new war on the sovereignty of the United States of America and a U. S. Senator is leading the attack with the full support of an American president, both of which seem to have an agenda other than to protect and serve the nation.

This bill must be stopped.

Recent Islam Convert Psychiatrist Army Officials In Ft Hood Murders

If true, all the information has yet to be confirmed, this news will cause rejoicing throughout the Middle East. That there are those here in America that still do not believe radical Islam, Islamofascism, is not a real danger is amazingly naive.

UPDATE: 12 dead in 2 attacks at Fort Hood

UPDATE at 5:09 p.m.: Officials say a shooting suspect at Fort Hood has been identified as Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan, who they say was an Army mental health professional, The Associated Press reported.

A law enforcement official said Hasan, believed to be in his late 30s, was killed after opening fire at the base. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the case publicly.

A defense official speaking on condition of anonymity says Hasan was a mental health professional - an Army psychologist or psychiatrist, The Associated Press reported.
It was not known whether he was treating people at the base.

Officials says it was not clear what Hasan's religion was, but investigators are trying to determine if Hasan was his birth name or if he may have changed his name and converted to the Islamic faith at some point, The Associated Press reported.

UPDATE at 4:53 p.m.: The Associated Press has confirmed what ABC first reported: the suspected shooter who has been killed is U.S. Army Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan. He is said to be a convert to Islam.

This is a tragedy. It is a tragedy that will be witnessed more if we do not show once again a firm resolve to defeat Islamofascism everywhere including here in America. That large sections of the poor and prison inmates are being converted is worrisome enough, but that there are those in positions of influence who may be sympathetic or, worse yet, allied with terrorists, is even more worrisome.

Time to stop dithering and get serious.

UPDATE: A Col Lee who says that he worked with Major Hasan is on the news (FOX) saying that Hasan openly said that Muslims should rise up against America and American soldiers.
He is also wondering aloud why Hasan was transferred from Walter Reed to Fort Hood.

Muzzammil Hassan Or Why Muslims Have Problems Fitting In

In head-to-head battles in the Muslim community, it appears that women lose every time.

Some history on the couple:
Muzzammil Hassan came to America from Pakistan 25 years ago. He became a successful banker in Buffalo, New York, near the famed Niagara Falls.

While he and his wife were happy to be in the United States, they were upset by the negative perceptions of Muslims, and particularly how this perception might affect their children.
That is how they came up with the idea of Bridges TV. Mr. Hassan’s wife challenged him to start it.

“I had no background in television. I didn’t know anything about TV. Her comment was, ‘you have an M.B.A. (masters degree in business) why don’t you write a business plan?’”
And so he did. He quit his job at the bank and for the next two to three years worked almost non-stop in developing an English language television network that offers news and entertainment for Muslims.

Mr. Hassan hopes Bridges TV lives up to its name by uniting American Muslims and by helping non-Muslims overcome the negative images they may have of both Muslims and Islam.

To many of my friends and peers that are Muslim or have married Muslims it seems to be a belief by degrees by the believer in Islamic tenets. While some will shake their heads and say this is wrong, there are others who will publicly speak against the practice, but privately agree.

That is why Muslims have perception problems in America. It is too scary for many to believe what they will do and it is also to scary to believe them as a community. The alleged murderer is not a poor Muslim living in a dusty village far from here, but a successful businessman with a MBA and a host of people who thought he was offering peace and understanding. He did not murder in the heat of the moment, but sawed his wife's head off because she wanted a divorce.

The more that people hear about this culture the less they ask how do you understand it, because they more times than not now ask, why even try.

Richard C. Reid - Still A Moron, But A Imprisoned Moron

Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?

Did you know his trial is over?
Did you know he was sentenced?
Did you see/hear any of the judges comments on TV/Radio?
Didn't think so.

Everyone should hear what the judge had to say....
Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court:
Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say.

His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid also admitted his "Allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah," defiantly stated "I think I will not apologize for my actions," and told the court "I am at war with your country."

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

January 30, 2003, United States vs. Reid. Judge Young: "Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court imposes upon you.On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General. On counts 2, 3, 4 and 7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutive with the other.

That's 80 years. On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years consecutive to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon you each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000 for the aggregate fine of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines. The Court imposes upon you the $800 special assessment.

The Court imposes upon you five years supervised release simply because the law requires it. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further. This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and just sentence. It is a righteous sentence.

Let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been through the fire before. There is all too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether it is the officers of government who do it or your attorney who does it, or if you think you are a soldier. You are not----- you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

So war talk is way out of line in this court. You are a big fellow. But you are not that big. You're no warrior. I've known warriors. You are a terrorist. A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted murders. In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had it right when you first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the press and where the TV crews were, and he said: "You're no big deal."

You are no big deal.

What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys have grappled with and what I have as honestly as I know how tried to grapple with, is why you did something so horrific. What was it that led you here to this courtroom today?

I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led you to do what you are guilty and admit you are guilty of doing. And I have an answer for you. It may not satisfy you, but as I search this entire record, it comes as close to understanding as I know.

It seems to me you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate our freedom. Our individual freedom... Our individual freedom to live as we choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we individually choose... Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom. It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea. It is because we prize individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom. So that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly, individually, and discretely. It is for freedom's sake that your lawyers are striving so vigorously on your behalf and have filed appeals, will go on in their representation of you before other judges.

We Americans are all about freedom. Because we all know that the way we treat you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties. Make no mistake though. It is yet true that we will bear any burden; pay any price, to preserve our freedoms. Look around this courtroom. Mark it well. The world is not going to long remember what you or I say here. Day after tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure. Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America, the American people will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not war, individual justice is in fact being done. The very President of the United States through his officers will have to come into courtrooms and lay out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape and refine our sense of justice.

See that flag, Mr. Reid? That's the flag of the United States of America That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands for freedom. And it always will.

Mr. Custody Officer. Stand him down.

So, how much of this Judge's comments did we hear on our TV sets?We need more judges like Judge Young, but that's another subject. Pass this around. Everyone should and needs to hear, this fine judge, powerful words that strike home.

So What If Pulled Pork Is Not Halal?

At least here in America. Halal can mean lawful or actions permitted by Shariah law without punishment imposed on the doer in many matters. We are not the Middle East. The right question is, is Islam as practiced worldwide, halal? Is it halal to keep your daughters stupid, pregnant and subservient? Is it halal to murder oneself to murder innocents for a bribe of 72 virgins? Is it halal to use death, dismemberment, beatings, threats, public humiliation and other crimes against others that one disagrees with?

If these things are halal then the hell with halal.

I bring this up because I received a question from a very thoughtful person concerning shariah or sharia law and the taking of America by Islam as they appear to be doing in Europe and Asia.

I think that we too will crumble without hardly a blink...what do you think?

I do not believe we will.

I have lived and worked in DC, LA, NYC, Boston, Taos and other places and there is a difference in thinking among certain circles. I feel sorry for those that, as a friend quipped, have become so urbane that they are insane. That said, there are differences between Butte, Paducah and Billings as well. Unlike Europe and Asia, America is ployglot both literally and figuratively. We are a united people in a united state of steel workers, bankers, soldiers, ranchers and doctors, lawyers and such.

The urbane insane love to quip that our founding fathers were just a bunch of dead white guys, ie, all alike. How intellectually shallow. To understand our founders is to know just how different they were except in the vision and determination to build a better nation. Some were wealthy, some became wealthy, some lost their fortune and some died. To say that Jefferson, Adams, Burr, Hamilton, Madison and Franklin were all the same is not ignorance, it is stupidity because even a fourth grader has readily at hand descriptions of each. Their differences were wedded together, often not too prettily, to shape a nation. Yes, they were that important that you can still see their prints in the mold of each new generation of Americans.

It is not that Americans want to be a Washington or a Jefferson, nor do they want to be a John Wayne, George Washington Carver, Clara Barton or a Ronald Reagan, but they do want to emulate them in passion, excellence and devotion to principle.

Islam in America so far has only had to deal with lawmakers, philosophers and the media. They best watch out when they start running into the America that remembers what America is and will become. America's greatest strength is not just its people, but those people's belief in God, liberty and their neighbors. That America will not swear or violate as they kill those that would harm America and the American dream.

To travel America is to be awed. Its beauty alone staggers the mind. Its differences all wedded together, sometimes not so prettily, is what makes it strong and wildly brilliant. The human race shares basic needs and desires, but here in America, as those basic needs are daily met, Americans reach for the sky in little and big ways.

My son, three generations out of the coal mines grinding down hope, is wrestling with the question of becoming a doctor, an economist or a rally race car driver. My father died young just as all the males in his family before him even though he was the first to graduate from high school, college and medical school and married "up" to my mother whose fore bearers settled Jamestown, Richmond and numerous other towns and regions. Church's Chicken Is Sharia?

I never liked Caribou Coffee, nor Starbucks, etal, but I love fried chicken. Church's has every right to do business as they see fit. I have every right to eat where I see fit. It won't be Church's.

As Ohio prepares to vote on Tuesday for the candidates it would like to see running for the US presidency, Matthew Wells talks to Muslims in Cleveland who are impressed by Barack Obama.

A large majority of Muslim-Americans voted for George W Bush on the road to the White House eight years ago.

But now their support seems to be coalescing around an African-American senator, whose first name derives from the Arabic word for blessing.

Among them are the 60,000 Muslims of the economically depressed Cleveland area.
They are mostly middle-class naturalised citizens, disappointed with the Bush administration's record and with a powerful sense that their religion has been misrepresented in the years since 9/11.

The city boasts Ohio's largest mosque, based around a large prayer hall that would sit comfortably in the capitals of the Middle East.

A group of men from the mosque, led by the centre's president, Faud Hamed, spoke to BBC News after evening prayers.

There was exasperation at the on-going war, and a sense that social justice - a central tenet of Islam - is being ignored: "We all know that in the US Constitution it calls for peace and justice, but if we look around the world do we see any peace and justice?"

I would think that a majestic mosque, the right to practice your religion without fear and not having ethnic and religious violence swirling through your life is a step toward peace and justice. More so than in the countries you fled to come here. I would also suggest that your "religion has been misrepresented in the years since 9/11" because you have allowed extremists to use your religion for evil purposes with no repercussions from you.

America welcomes those who wish to join in the American dream. We are a nation of immigrants. Because of that we wish to bring freedom and peace to all nations, not bring the problems of our ancestral homes here to America.

Bishy Rowan Gets Support From Islam's Amen Corner Here In America

Archbishop of Canterbury Was Right
The recent and controversial call by Dr. Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury, primate of the Church of England and spiritual leader of 80 million Anglicans, for incorporation of Sharia law into British law will not be the last utterance in favor of Islamic law. Nor should it be. The addition of Sharia law to "the law of the land", in this case British law, complements, rather than undermines, existing legal frameworks. The Archbishop was right. It is time for Britain to integrate aspects of Islamic law.

That is what Archbishop Williams was suggesting. And wisely so; Britain is no longer simply guided by a Western law born of Judeo-Christian ethics. Its makeup is now much more diverse, and so to must be its moral measurements.

We must diversify our moral measurements? How deliciously relative, especially from the Washington Post which was known as the "downtown Daily Worker" next to its big brother the New York Times, the "uptown Daily Worker". That their Co joined histories underpinning their moral clarity on religion and the law is being used to give voice to an author who believes the West is the cause of terrorist attacks against it and that America is a “Sharia compliant” nation is a contortion that would break an arguement's back.
