Kloppenburg Ready To Go Al Franken And Steal The Election

via Legal Insurrection which is always a good read.

Kloppenburg Laying Foundation To Delegitimize Inevitable Prosser Win

The mistake of the County Clerk in not reporting any votes from Brookfield to the AP on election night, which was discovered the next day, has led to false charges that the votes were "found."  In fact, the votes were reported publicly by Brookfield on election night, and a review by the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board (GAB) found no wrongdoing.

Nonetheless, Kloppenburg's tactic is to try to throw out much if not all of Brookfield, based on supposed improper sealing of vote bags.

Al Franken used the same tactic to steal his election which is to make any questionable vote for him count while throwing out any questionable vote for his opponent and Kloppenburg's "legal" team is using the same tactics. Just as Al is a faux senator Kloppenburg was a faux candidate because this election wasn't about her or even Gov Walker, it was about union power and their ability to fix an election. If they don't win it will be remembered as the high water mark ergo the beginning of their long retreat to oblivion.

While in DC I heard some doofus compare the Prosser/Kloppenburg election to Bush's elections, saying it is time for Democrats to steal an election successfully. Even after the circumstances were laid out including the legal battles that clearly showed Bush to be the victor and being reminded that Democrats have routinely "won" questionable elections he did what they normally do, he stomped off calling everyone Nazis. Typical.

Is Wisconsin's Kloppenburg Saying Minnesota's Dead Union Votes For Al Franken Went To Prosser?

Ann Althouse is having fun with the "recount" in Wisconsin and with JoAnne Kloppenburg's accusations of Republican wrongdoing by correcting a mistake and reporting the actual vote. According to Kloppenburg, this is just not acceptable in Wisconsin. And she has a long list to make it so.

Her list of things that "raise significant questions" about the process in
Waukesha felt long, but what is really on it?
a one-and-a-half day delay in notifying any responsible party about
a county vote total that [the clerk] knew was incorrect

the absence of any reasonable basis for her explanations

the prior knowledge by conservative bloggers

the complete absence of knowledge by the canvass
board until the press conference
It sounded like big list, but there are only 4 items. And 2 of the items are the absence of
anything. An absence of evidence might be probative of something that
matters, but you have to build a foundation for why it matters.

It's sad when one has their own device used against them, especially when it appears they are unable to see the irony. The question is not whether there are fraudulent votes that were cast in Wisconsin, there most probably were some, but who those votes were for.

I'd blame Bush, but that has gotten old even for those on the far left so I'm going with funny boy Franken as the guy to blame because if there weren't enough fraudulent votes for Kloppenburg it's because Franken and Friends (Inc.) weren't paying enough. Dead voters today just don't understand.

Found 'Errors' Means Prosser Win?

Imagine that, errors in Wisconsin ballot counting...

Gee, if this keeps happening people might start thinking that loser Stuart Smalley stole his election. Or maybe that LBJ stole an election or two.  Goodness gracious, people might stoop so low to think that JFK's daddy Joe stole an election.

Breathlessly Waiting For Breathless Headline

While we wait breathlessly for another breathless headline about radiation in Japan or the latest atrocities of the errant radical right wing nuts that make op the cadre of Tea Party covens nationwide I noticed an article in Reason Hit and Run about Senator Al Franken.

Last time we checked in with Senate not-so-funny man Al Franken and his ongoing crusade to save the Internet by enforcing net neutrality, he was confusing wireless data networks like the ones that connect Blackberries and iPhones to the Internet with home-based wi-fi connections like you might set up in your office

Franken isn't the sharpest tool in his shed and the gardener knee pads are funnier, but this article shows yet another politician desperately trying to seem relevant when they have absolutely no basic understanding of which they speak. Maybe Franken can once again show his cute pugnacious side and break all the inter-tubes if he doesn't get to save free speech by imposing government regulations on free speech. Of course, Franken isn't alone in his approach to government stupidity. Maybe a current leader, but not alone. There are those that actually still believe we can spend our way out of being broke. This is, as always, the cure that kills, but then they can say we were the cure!

Okay, back to FOX and the alphabets desperately trying to scare the bejeebus out of us because they really need those ambulance chasing mesothelioma ads. I'm breathless.

Al Franken's Parents Should've Punted

Franken two-ups Weiner on Obama punting metaphor

Franken and Weiner? Is this a duo on Saturday morning TV pitching kiddy party food?

Stern/Franken/Couric/Kennedy: 4 Clowns Whose Mere Presence Dooms Success

Howard Stern to Replace Simon Cowell on 'IDOL'?
I guess I am in a minority of one, but I couldn't care less about Idol.

NO JOKE: FRANKEN SLAMS AXELROD AND WHITE HOUSE HEALTH CARE STRATEGY...
Maybe Franken can stomp his feet and punch someone. Maybe snarling while wearing a diaper. Yeah, that'll make statesman like.

VIDEO SHOCK: Katie Couric frolics in Haute Couture and diamonds as CBSNEWS cuts staff...

I seldom watch CBS and I never watch when Couric is on.

Kennedy: Scott Brown's candidacy 'a joke'...

A skinny Melvin Purvis impersonator has more gravitas than Patrick Kennedy. Hey, even Franken and Stern have more gravitas than Patrick Kennedy and Couric is taller than Purvis and she doesn't appear to have a Kennedy problem with driving.

With Friends Like These: Comedy In A Glass House

Dodd says he will carry on Ted Kennedy's life work
I wouldn't advise either to mortgage the house for a career in comedy. It would be a win-win for us, but a lose-lose for them.

Franken Frankly Isn't Up To The Task Of Being A Senator

Franken feuds with T. Boone Pickens
Franken, who was seated talking to someone else, did not stand when Pickens said hello. Instead, Franken began to berate him about the billionaire’s financing of the Swift Boat ads in 2004.

Franken is up to being a lapdog for the left or a campaign junk-yard dog for progressive and socialist causes, but he's severely lacking as a comedian, radio host and senator.

Minnesota should be so proud. Gloria Wise sure is.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA The Libs Are Already Turning On Franken

Not honest? A loser?

FRANKEN-LY UNHAPPY

Saturday Night Live does Air America on the Senate floor. The pride that those who voted for Franken is boundless.

Maybe Al can punch someone again to show he has gravitas.

Senator Gravitas Franken from Minnesota? Good Lord I needed a chuckle today and now I have had two really good ones.

From the Keeler Political Report. Ben found this gem.

Seriously
Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter called his fellow Democrat, Rep. Joe Sestak, a "flagrant hypocrite" and accused his rival of registering as a Democrat "just in time to run for Congress."

"Congressman Sestak is a flagrant hypocrite in challenging my being a real
Democrat when he did not register as a Democrat until 2006 just in time to run
for Congress," Specter said in the statement. "His lame excuse for avoiding
party affiliation, because he was in the service, is undercut by his documented
disinterest in the political process."

Specter Turncoat Gets New Whining Baby Friend In Franken

Al Franken, tax cheat, misogynist and puncher of those who disagree with him appears to be the next senator from Minnesota. This will be the 60th vote in the senate for the Democrats. Snarlen Arlen has stated that his vote can't be counted on by the Democrats, but whose going to believe anything he says. Be proud Minnesota. Be proud.

Specter Knifes Republicans In The Back

Democrats will have to learn if they can work with a person of such low moral character and traitorous behavior. It will help that they have leaders that have shown that they will do whatever it takes to win which is exactly how Specter obviously works. That a person would show such devious selfishness at such as time demonstrates a disloyalty that will, no doubt, warm the hearts of the Obama Administration.

Specter says he's switching from GOP to Democrats
"I am unwilling to have my twenty-nine year Senate record judged by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate," he said in the statement.

"I don't have to say anything to them. They said it to me," Specter said, when asked in a Capitol corridor about abandoning the GOP.

A senior White House official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because no announcement has yet been made, said at 10:25 a.m. EDT Tuesday President Barack Obama was handed a note while in the Oval Office during his daily economic briefing. The note said: "Specter is announcing he is changing parties." At 10:32, Obama reached Specter by phone and told him "you have my full support" and that the Democratic Party is "thrilled to have you."

This victory for the Democrats has Rahm Emanual written all over it just as the strategy and tactics do in the Minnesota recount. Specter and Franken will make fine additions to their members in Congress and will give Obama 60 vote margin necessary to ride roughshod over the Constitution and the American public.

I will do everything possible to make it as difficult as possible for Specter to retain his seat.
Specter, what an unprincipled low-life.

Obama's Administration Looking Bad

Or, those pictures in the Post Office.

Obama chose Jeffords to bolster his campaign promise call for bipartisanship, even if the necessary reach forJeffords was really only part way across the aisle. Another promise was that no dirty low-down scummy bad-for-America lobbyist would play any part in his administration. Oops. About 17 in top positions right about now.

Obama also called for a cleanup of Washington, DC. Unfortunately, the swamp has been enlarged and deepened by Pelosi, not drained. Baltimore meet Chicago. How's that "most ethical Congress ever" thing working for you now?

Growing list of 'honest mistakes'
What does it take to disqualify Democrats from public service? Suborning forgery? Sen. Joseph Crisco, D-Woodbridge, did it, but was neither arrested nor sanctioned by his colleagues. Sorry, honest mistake, he said.

Divert campaign money multiple times to pay personal expenses? Sen. Thomas Gaffey, D-Meriden, did it, but has not been censured by his colleagues, which was the punishment Congress imposed in 1967 after Sen. Christopher Dodd's father got caught doing it. Sorry, honest mistakes, Sen. Gaffey said.

Tax evasion? It wasn't enough to derail Timothy Geithner's appointment to run the Treasury Department, including the Internal Revenue Service. Didn't pay $43,000 in federal taxes? Sorry, honest mistake, he said.

It wasn't enough to end Al Franken's run for the U.S. Senate in Minnesota. Didn't pay $70,000 in taxes and penalties in 17 states and $25,000 in workers' compensation insurance to New York? Sorry, honest mistakes, he said.

It wasn't enough to cost Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., chairmanship of the House tax-writing committee, let alone his seat in Congress. Didn't declare tens of thousands in rental income from his Caribbean villa, tens of thousands in profit from the sale of his Florida condo and more than $10,000 in fees he saved by parking his vintage Mercedes in a congressional garage? Sorry, honest mistakes, said the man who helped write the tax code.

Maybe Obama will name an Ethics Czar". I hear William "Freezer" Jefferson is available.

I'll Assert Franken Election A Fraud

And I'll assert that Reid is committing fraud by seating Franken by ignoring Minnesota state law and slapping the voters in the face.

Reid is about as low as one can go on any normal day. He has lied about President Bush. He has lied about Republicans. He has lied about the War On Terror. He has lied about Iraq and the surge. Reid has lied so much it would be easier to count any truthful statements he has made.

Senate Democrats move toward seating Franken
It's no joke: Senate Democrats are moving toward letting comedian Al Franken join the chamber while Republican Norm Coleman's election lawsuit is pending.

"We're going to try to seat Al Franken," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., told reporters on Wednesday, a few hours before he posed with Franken for photos just off the Senate floor. "There's not a question in anyone's mind, an assertion by anyone, that there's been any fraud or wrongdoing in this election."

There are a ton of questions in millions of people's minds. There have been a lot of assertions that Franken's lead is wrong, incorrect and possibly fraud. If Harpy Reid isn't quite sure, he may want to refer to the legal challenges going on in Minnesota.

Like I have said before, Reid would seat Satan if it got him closer to 60 seats, but seat Franken? Reid and Franken are two little men and both are a joke and both bring shame to the Senate and to the United States of America.

Reid Franken: Senator Smarm Endorses Senator Smut

Harry Reid continues to decide, in place of state voters, who will serve in his Praetorian Guard senate.

Reid: Coleman will "never ever serve"
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid offered the toughest language he has ever used in arguing that Norm Coleman’s career in the Senate is finished.

“Norm Coleman will never ever serve [again] in the Senate,” Reid told Politico’s Manu Raju. “He lost the election. He can stall things, but he'll never serve in the Senate.”

This good Mormon who stated, "I think it is much easier to be a good member of the Church and a Democrat than a good member of the Church and a Republican" , now wants the Franken and his fictional "Minnesota Institute of Titology" and sixth-grade reports on bestiality to be seated in the senate. Reid would seat Satan to gain votes.

The Mormon Church should be proud as Minnesota.

Democrats Stealing Vote For The Clown Franken

I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you.

Al Franken gets boosts in Minn. Senate recount
"It would be unjust and disrespectful to those voters not to count those votes," said Judge Edward Cleary, one of four who sit with Democratic Secretary of State Mark Ritchie on the state board.

The board acted after receiving a legal opinion from the office of Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson, a Democrat, that the missing absentee ballots should be counted.

If this fails, I am sure they can start counting more based on how they think voters intended to vote. If the voters were still alive.

Little Al Franken Whines For Help

Franken doesn't trust those he wants to represent so he's whining for help from the Democrat controlled U.S. Senate led by Mr. B.O., Harry Reid.
Al Franken’s (D) campaign may ask the Democratic-led Senate to intervene on his behalf to allow some disqualified absentee ballots to be counted in his quest to unseat Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.).

Funniest Headline Of The Day

Minnesota: Is Franken Being Too Nice?

What, physically and verbally attacking people, lying, writing hateful porn pieces and generally being very unfunny is being too nice?

I can think of many adjectives to describe Franken, but nice, or better yet, too nice, isn't among them.
