I've personally witnessed this type of activity in countless elections as well as other types of ballot tampering such as flooding the polls in small communities by university students who are watched by professors and absentee ballots filled out by nursing home workers, but most times when I challenged a ballot I lost the appeal because there "was no fraud intended." Even by the dead people who haven't missed an election in 120 years.

Kloppenburg Ready To Go Al Franken And Steal The Election

The mistake of the County Clerk in not reporting any votes from Brookfield to the AP on election night, which was discovered the next day, has led to false charges that the votes were "found." In fact, the votes were reported publicly by Brookfield on election night, and a review by the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board (GAB) found no wrongdoing.
Nonetheless, Kloppenburg's tactic is to try to throw out much if not all of Brookfield, based on supposed improper sealing of vote bags.
Al Franken used the same tactic to steal his election which is to make any questionable vote for him count while throwing out any questionable vote for his opponent and Kloppenburg's "legal" team is using the same tactics. Just as Al is a faux senator Kloppenburg was a faux candidate because this election wasn't about her or even Gov Walker, it was about union power and their ability to fix an election. If they don't win it will be remembered as the high water mark ergo the beginning of their long retreat to oblivion.
While in DC I heard some doofus compare the Prosser/Kloppenburg election to Bush's elections, saying it is time for Democrats to steal an election successfully. Even after the circumstances were laid out including the legal battles that clearly showed Bush to be the victor and being reminded that Democrats have routinely "won" questionable elections he did what they normally do, he stomped off calling everyone Nazis. Typical.

Media Matters, Soros, The Law And Profit
Is Media Matters breaking the law in its 'war' on Fox News?
Yes, it is and in at least two areas. First, it is opposing Republican candidates and second, it is involving itself into a business arrangement as paid representatives of George Soros to destroy another business (and its executives) and it is doing so as a for profit organization in the commercial sector.
