Kill A Monster And Another Appears Or Zombie ObamaCare II Is Coming

Every time a friend told me something was needed "for the kids" I knew I was about to hear a load of BS. This administration has shoveled a trillion tons of BS using bribes, threats and phrases like, "it's for the kids," and "it's for the rights of women." or "for the needy" and "it's for those that are victims of racism." It's not just BS it's class warfare, sexism and racism being used for socialism here in the USA.

Well, now it's because the world we live in is cataclysmic.

Obamacare II Coming to the USA

Paul Ryan has said  that left unchecked, Obamacare will be 100% of our budget by 2030. That won’t stop this myopic administration.

Obamacare II is coming according to Sebellius. Brace yourselves. The Obama administration doesn’t care that most people don’t want it and, for those of you who do want it, your approval of this type of dictatorial behavior by government will one day turn on you.

Obama likely knows that Obamacare will be overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States.
If Obamacare is overturned, Obama becomes the man who pushed for an unconstitutional law throughout much of his presidency and he did it through bribery and under a cloud of secrecy.

Sebellius, speaking to a women’s health town hall (I’m so sick of hearing about women’s health-what about men?), said that they have “court contingencies” ready because the striking down of Obamacare would be “cataclysmic.”

Sounds to me like the admin is terrified of the SCOTUS and the voter so they have called in the zombies to rend, rip and rage on those that disagree. Zombies hate representative democracy.

Obama Doubles Down With Double The Cost On ObamaCare, But With Contraceptives! For FREE!!!

But, but, but, we even get to pay at least double for a system we don’t want!!!

And the really cool thing about Liberals is they can’t add nor subtract!

NY Suicide Caucus Votes Down Cuomo Pension Reform

No matter, even religious institutions will have FREE contraceptives and abortion pills whether they want them or not. The fact that they feel it is a mortal sin isn’t relevant because to Liberals religion is bunk and shouldn’t be tolerated in their diverse world of tolerance and loving care. Not so for babies, but everyone will get everything for FREE!

ObamaCare Won't Work - Queen Of NHS

Let’s cut to the chase and just get our government out of health care now instead of spending trillions when we already know it won’t work.

Govt Has Destroyed Medicine

And government will continue to destroy medicine and health care until bureaucrats finally take over completely and kill it completely. Oh yes, those bureaucrats will have horror stories to tell about one doctor in a million who made a mistake to justify their stupid and ridiculous interference, but they will not speak of stories of their own making which are horror stories of bureaucrats hundreds of miles away overriding on the scene doctors orders because that is how stupid and mindless bureaucrats do things. Then they go home, have drinks and speak of the good they feel they are doing. How would they know when they have never seen a patient? They're fools, but fools with a government salary, pension and protection that prevent individuals fro holding them accountable in a court of law for being arrogant and stupid.

So, what is the coming result of government's continued involvement in medicine?

Behind the coming physician shortage

My father told me in 1965 to not be a doctor which he had hoped I would do to continue the family tradition. He said it would be wrong and fruitless to be involved in a socialized system of mediocrity that kills people thus violating the Hippocratic Oath, by government fiat.

He was right.

Gallup/USA Poll: Seniors Prefer Ryan Over Obama

Gallup/USA polling likes to use little tricks such as weighting its polls with unusually high numbers of Democrats and they just released a poll that is going to cause some serious heartburn in the hallowed halls on power in DC.

Seniors like the Ryan/GOP plan for health care reform better than they like the Obama/Dem/Poliburo plan.

Gallup: Seniors Most Favorable To Ryan Budget

Somebody is going under the bus for this one.

Nana Arugula To Squash Restaurant Rights

Having worked in numerous restaurants I know that having a full dining room night after night is no sign that restaurateurs know what people need. It is a sign of what they want. Or so they think.

Next, Michelle Obama's health reform plan for the nation's restaurant menus and families dining out

Okay, let's start a short list:

Heat and air conditioning is bad for us, especially the way we like to use them.
They cars and trucks we like are just no good for us.
We should know that we would like to drive to California rather than fly. Walking would be even better for us.
Our houses are bad for us and Mother Gaia.
Seat belts aren't just for people. They're for dummies like you which is why you're getting a ticket dummy.
If you don't know what a “Body Mass Index” is, then you'll be paying us fatty
Kids on bikes without helmets means fork over you fine. Your kids will thank us.
Sure it's your house, but light up and bingo, you guessed it, pay up.
Like a drink? Oh wait, we tried that.
You want to do what on your property? I don't think so. Not until government approves it. Yep, you have to pay for that approval.
As parents we should know that government knows what our children need to be taught. So, let us all shut up.
Salt? Fries? Burgers? Oh, shut up. Because government said so.

Maybe Michelle should start at home. With arugula.

Maybe her husband should start here in America by realizing we are a nation of rights, not a nation of subjects tearfully thanking the government for nursing us. If he wants to protect us he might start at the borders and in terrorist territories around the world and leave us alone to build a better America one idea at a time.

'Change' Failed So "Let's Reach For Hope."

In a nod to Democrats past Obama is attempting a "We have nothing to fear but fear itself," shtick to buttress his fading message of hope as the pushback against his "change" grows across America.

Obama pleads to voters: 'Don't give in to fear'

Using very catchy metaphors such as his one about Republicans and driving: put the car in "D" (as in Democrat) if you want to move ahead, "R" if you want to go backward, Obama is trying to rally Democrats to head off what they fear (oops!) will be a disastrous midterm election. They hope (oh yeah!) that with Obama in full gear campaign mode and without the burdens of actually being president that Obama will re inject his stump magic into campaigns.

If I were a Democrat running next November I'd be afearing what Obama asked for and was given by pliant Democrats in Congress. The real change wrought by Obama and Congress is a shattered economy that will only get worse and the only hope for Democrats is that November isn't a total blowout.

Environmentalists Causing The Worsening Blackouts.

And they are just making the problem of the lack of power worse.

U.S. electricity blackouts skyrocketing

Smart grids, modernization and gimmicks are what are being offered in the article (I encourage you to read it), but what is not being offered is reality. The United States needs more power plants, more refineries and more sources of power such as nuclear, coal and oil. The very things that so-called environmentalists have prevented for 20 plus years. And in those 20 plus years, through government interference and predatory lawsuits, the cost of producing power has risen astronomically as the avenues to produce any viable amounts of new power has shrunk.

Just as they have been doing to the health care industry these groups have emplaced rules, regulations and legislation to make citizens suffer financially for their energy wants and needs so that citizens will see no other way out, but to bow to the dictates of the government. That is not freedom, but tyranny. It is tyranny no matter how benevolent the tyranny believes itself to be. And health care reform, Cap and Trade and the energy crisis are just the beginning.

Harry Reid States We Will Have A Public Option

Screw the voter. Who cares about them. It is all about what Harry, Nana and Barack and of course the nutroots crowd want. Together they represent what? About 21% of the people. To them that's a majority.

Go to 16:43 to hear the disdain for the people as he condescends to the audience.

Will There Be An Obesity Rating For The Fat Heads In DC?

In an effort to know and control every part of everyone's life the federal government now wants to include you body mass index in your electronic medical record that the federal government will protect and control. In light of what is inevitable maybe the feds will hire paroled convicts to scour the Internet to collect the oil balls of their data spill when the fed does what it does best, screw up.

Obesity Rating for Every American Must Be Included in Stimulus-Mandated Electronic Health Records, Says HHS

The obesity-rating regulation states that every American's electronic health record must: “Calculate body mass index. Automatically calculate and display body mass index (BMI) based on a patient’s height and weight.”

The law also requires that these electronic health records be available--with appropriate security measures--on a national exchange.

I don't want an electronic health record with the federal government. I don't need a body mass index (BMI) being sent to a bunch of fat-assed bureaucrats who know less about protecting personal information then they do about health. I despise these little mommies in business attire smugly telling us what we need because they think we are unable to take care of ourselves. Anyone in government that thinks they are smarter than the people is too stupid to be in government. It appears we have an army of bureaucratic nitwits being led by smug morons. Is there a BMI to measure fatheadedness?

"Berwick is certainly qualified to head a national health care system"

As would be Dr. Mengele.

A Recess Appointment

Dr. Donald Berwick "is an outspoken supporter of the British National Health Service, the state-run Health Care that the British citizens have been enduring since 1948. The British system imposes rationing on its paying patients, an idea that Berwick praises."

Obama had to make this a recess appointment because otherwise his national health policy would be debated out in the open just before the midterm elections. That debate would doom an already deeply wounded slate of Democrats that supported ObamaCare while their constituents opposed it. This deception has become a hallmark of this administration and its Democrat led Congress.

ObamaCare Brings Us NHS And The Berwick Butt Blunder

“I am romantic about the NHS; I love it. All I need to do to rediscover the romance is to look at health care in my own country.” Dr. Donald Berwick

Gotta love those death in the butt toilet bowl cleaner handles. Especially the ones that crack government doctors can't see, even when using an x-ray machine looking for a plastic handle. This seems to be so rich in layers of governmental expertise from the ER to the OR to the bureaucratic numbskull that okayed all of these procedures.

Toilet brush 'blunder' death
A YOUNG mum died after a series of blunders by doctors who failed to spot a six-inch long TOILET BRUSH HANDLE embedded in her buttock, an inquest was told today.

...
Cindy's husband, a construction manager, is now taking legal action against United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.

He said after the hearing: "Ok she was drunk but they didn't take her seriously. She showed them the wound but they didn't do a proper examination.

"I think it was probably down to the hospitals trying to save money and doing things as cheaply as possible."

He added: "Cindy got a very poor service from the NHS. I'm sure she would have got better treatment in foreign countries."

Oh, and this exquisite new system the Obama has brought us won't save $138 billion, it will cost us at least $115 billion more. That is quite a pain in the butt of another cause.

Feds Screw Medicine, Docs Say Enough. Feds Force Physcians?

Of course the libs will blame the doctors.

Texas doctors opting out of Medicare at alarming rate
The uncertainty proved too much for Dr. Guy Culpepper, a Dallas-area family practice doctor who says he wrestled with his decision for years before opting out in March. It was, he said, the only way “he could stop getting bullied and take control of his practice.”

“You do Medicare for God and country because you lose money on it,” said Culpepper, a graduate of the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. “The only way to provide cost-effective care is outside the Medicare system, a system without constant paperwork and headaches and inadequate reimbursement.”

If you put the federal government in charge of deserts you will have a sand shortage in no time. In 1965 my father, a doctor, said that the Medicare/Medicaid system was doomed to fail, but before it did, it would drive costs through the ceiling and quality down the crapper. Unfortunately for us, his family, and his many patients he died very young in 1967.

Unfortunate for his family, yes, but actually more unfortunate the patients who needed his considerable skill which was offered on need, not offered on one's ability to pay.He used to go to rural areas to treat farmers who not only felt they couldn't afford to pay, but more so because they couldn't afford to leave their farm work undone.

Once, my mother took a call from a farmer's wife who said her husband had caught part of his arm in a combine, had cut away tissue to get it loose and was now feverish and had a bad odor. As usual, my father looked across the dinner table, nodded to me and we headed out.

I could see his mind working through the flexing of his jaw as we drove. He was planning for the worst, but hoping for the best. Once there he reached into his bag and pulled out some alcohol which he poured onto to his handkerchief which he had pulled from his suit jacket and told me to hold it over my nose. I still remember the coolness of the alcohol on that hot August evening. And the flies.

The smell coming through the alcohol soaked handkerchief made me gag as we approached the back kitchen door to the farmhouse. Before we got through the door he told the wife to call family to help hold her husband down, to boil as many pots of water as possible and collect clean sheets. My job, I was 13, was to call for an ambulance and give them the address and have the company call the hospital and tell them "possible amputation due to gangrene" was coming in and then help the wife.

My father saved the man's life, most of his arm and almost lost his practice. First the lawyers came sniffing and promising the farmer's family that they could only save the farm by suing the doctor. Next came a medical review board and on and on. My father had been right, was proved right by the county medical board, the medical review board and the courts (after he was dead). He never charged the family a penny because he knew they were living on the edge of losing everything. The farmer never tried to sue, his very elderly parents had been coerced into signing the papers placed before them to save their son's farm as they were told.

Before my father died he was told he had to change how he practiced medicine because many didn't understand the new techniques he employed, that the government was so far out of touch with innovation that they were years away from okaying new techniques and that there would be no more house calls, if only to fend off the lawyers. This was told to him by his best friend, a lawyer.

It was a different time then before the government and lawyers took over medicine. That farmer didn't seek medical attention because he was too proud to negotiate paying the bill, not because he was stupid, ignorant or stubborn. He had pride. His family didn't take handouts. He didn't miss work. That farmer was a man of respect.

Well, Medicare/Medicaid had become the law and now some 45 years later it is the vehicle that the government uses to lessen medicine through their ridiculous notion that they know how to run a medical practice. If it wasn't for the ethics of doctors who have believe in "God and country" many patients wouldn't be treated, especially the old and the indigent. They are treated by a doctor, not some bureaucrat in Washington, DC. In an ironic twist, Medicare/Medicaid has a higher turn down rate for procedures than private insurance companies. Ah, but the private insurance companies are just in it for the money while the bureaucrat is in it for the good of the people and they will tell you that from their comfortable houses bought with their comfortable salaries and their ensured employment.

They are able to tell you that over a comfortable dinner because bureaucrats don't miss a meal or go on house calls. Not even for the dying. Office hours, you know. Oh, and government rules.

God help us from more government help, especially in the area of medical care. Just like the deserts, medical practices are becoming a shortage.

UPDATE: I was asked what happened to the farmer.

The farmer recovered and went on to make himself a success. His children now live comfortably in Florida on the proceeds from selling his land to a developer. My father died at a young age from 18 hour days and a fourth heart attack. He would have had it no other way because then, in his mind, he would not have done enough to help others. Yes, while alive my father made very good money which took care of my mother for another 33 years into old age and illness. My sisters and I do not live in Florida. I still have all of my father's records. At first we were told that we had to keep them for "legal reasons." Now I keep them to remember.

Lying Truth To Power Or The Media's Libel For The Left

The lies of the left have always been bunched in mass waves and have been so audacious that belief must be suspended in such a way that even when disproved the lies leave a stench that routinely becomes part of the history by altering the truth of real events.

The Tea Party movement is a natural wave of voter sentiment which makes it very dangerous to the status quo whether it resides in the halls of Congress, the board rooms of corporations, the halls of academia or the offices of reporters and editors. The Tea Party movement, in their minds, must be destroyed. With their own network of code words and systems of symbiotic support as the tactical methods of astroturfing a meme it is with total disbelief, in their minds, that an actual grass roots movement could really exist.

How could the status quo fight back? Time to pull out the hot wire of American politics. It's a proven winner!

A Closer Look at the Capitol Steps Conspiracy
William Douglas, an African-American reporter for the liberal McClatchy Newspapers, seems to have broken the story at 4:51 PM on Saturday, March 20, just hours after the alleged incident took place. Douglas did so with the seriously inflammatory headline, "Tea party protesters scream 'nigger' at black congressman."

At 7:21 PM that same evening, Douglas upped the ante with a headline that moved from inflammatory to incendiary: "Tea party protesters call Georgia's John Lewis 'nigger.'"

As Douglas reminds his audience in the lead of the second posting, "civil rights icon" Lewis, now a Georgia congressman, "was nearly beaten to death during an Alabama march in the 1960s." The focus on Lewis encouraged the Washington Post's Colby King to opine a few days later that "[t]he angry faces at Tea Party rallies are eerily familiar. They resemble faces of protesters lining the street at the University of Alabama in 1956."

King's take perfectly mirrored the Democratic talking points. If the immediate strategy was to discredit the Tea party movement as racist and split the movement's base from the Republican Party, then it was working splendidly.

When the Tea Party was in its infancy the main stream media ignored it or, if pressed, ridiculed it. As the movement grew the meme became that it was nothing more than angry old white men dressed up as dead white men while screaming at politicians, but the movement continued to grow. Then the meme expanded to the notion that the Tea Party was actually an effort at astroturfing which was an image they could imagine, but the movement kept growing.

New anti Tea Party astroturf needed to be manufactured. One can almost hear the ideas being kicked around when someone latches onto a 'racist' meme. White, old, men dressed in colonial clothing must be racist, right? Those colonial guys had slaves. The president is an African-American! Connect, lock and load. We've got headlines.

Can somebody scream 'nigger', please. No? Then we'll do it for you. Got spit? We'll say that someone laid one on an 'iconic' black congressman. We'll dredge up images of old, white, men who beat and berated that icon in the Selma, Alabama of 1965. In fact, we'll manufacture whole groups of chanters chanting "kill the bill 'nigger'" while spitting. It's all the same, then and now, except an African-American is president which is why then is now. It has to be if only to prove that the African-American president's policies are what America needs, even if Tea Partyers don't want them, which, by the way, makes any opposition racist.

Too bad there were so many cameras. They are a game changer. The lies become part of the permanent record for all to see.

Is Bart Stupak Judas?

Stupak Sold Out For A Brake Meter, Some Deer And 4,800 Feet Of Bad Runway

Bart Stupak sold out on the abortion issue for chump change for airports from nowhere and an ineffectual "executive order" from President Obama which will supposedly stop Pelosi from using federal money to fund abortions. In an ironic twist, mimicking Jesus and his 12 disciples, Stupak and his 12 "anti-abortion" cohorts will attend Obama's signing of that executive order. Which one is Judas?

STUPAK ANNOUNCES $726,409 FOR AIRPORTS IN ALPENA, DELTA AND CHIPPEWA COUNTIES

Ohio LOVES Health Care Reform

Well, at least in the abstract. Not so much as seen through the eyes of Pelosi and Obama.

via polling

Why Aren't Members Of The Administration, Congress And Bureaucracy Subject To Health Care 'Reform'?

Grassley gets a good start, but should take it to its logical end. If HCR is so dandy for us why not for all of them?

Grassley says health care reform should apply to President Obama, top administration officials

WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley today said he will offer an amendment during Senate debate on the health care reconciliation bill this week to apply the reform legislation to the President, Vice President, cabinet members and top White House staff.

“It’s pretty unbelieveable that the President and his closest advisors remain untouched by the reforms they pushed for the rest of the country. In other words, President Obama’s health care reform won’t apply to President Obama,” Grassley said. “Last December, the effort to apply any new law to administration political leaders was rejected by the Senate Majority Leader. But there’s no justification for the double standard, and I’ll continue to work to establish fairness.”

The Senate legislation passed last night by the House of Representatives includes an amendment Grassley sponsored and got adopted by the Finance Committee last fall to have members of Congress and their staffs get their health insurance through the same health insurance exchanges where health plans for the general public would be available. During the closed-door negotiations on the bill late last year, the Senate Majority Leader carved out Senate committee and leadership staff from this requirement.

Subsequently, Grassley and Senator Tom Coburn attempted to offer another amendment to restore the requirement during Senate debate on the health care bill, but the Senate Majority Leader would not let their amendment to fix this loophole even come up for a vote. In addition to Senate committee and leadership staff, the amendment Grassley and Coburn filed during the Senate debate would have made the President, the Vice President, top White House staff and cabinet members all get their health insurance through the newly created exchanges. It would not have applied to federal employees in the civil service.

I'd love to see Nancy stand in line for her Botox.
