An 'Ignorant Wingnut Conspiracy Theorist' And The Conspiracy Of AGW Wingnut Theorist's Ignorance

It appears that I, apparently suffering from a “personality disorder,” am an “ignorant wingnut conspiracy theorist.” It’s tough work, but I guess someone has to do it, especially when my so-called “theory” is based on the writings of the very scientists acknowledging that they have concocted the fraud called AGW.
It the mind of an ignorant wingnut conspiracy theorist, any level of denial and idiocy is possible.  These are the same people who believe in a magical being that rose from the dead and walked on water, yet are in denial of what our best science and military say is fact.

How about that?

If that's not a mental illness, I'd say it's at least a personality disorder.
Enter another "ignorant wingnut conspiracy theorist":

Which brings us to Climategate.  Climategate parts one and two are a series of leaked e-mails from arguably the most prominent researchers promoting the idea that humans are causing catastrophic global warming. The e-mails show the scientists involved to be violating their professional ethics with the result that climate science in particular and science as an institution more generally is brought into question.

The first group of e-mails released in 2009 showed scientists attempting to suppress or alter inconvenient data, destroying raw data so that others would be unable to analyze it, using tricks to change reported outcomes, conspiring to avoid legally required disclosure of taxpayer-funded data, and trying to suppress dissent by undermining the peer review process.  On the latter point the researchers involved threatened to boycott and get editors fired at journals publishing findings questioning the urgency of the climate crisis.

Climategate 2 is a second release of e-mails, in November 2011, from the same cabal of scientists exposed in Climategate 1.  There is little new to the revelations—just more hiding data, trying to figure out how to downplay dissent or have papers that would seem to undermine one part or another of anthropogenic global warming theory ignored or discredited.

To be clear, these e-mails do not disprove that humans are causing potentially catastrophic global warming. Whether or not humans are or are not, in fact, causing or contributing to dangerous climate change, the only thing clear that emerges from the Climategate e-mails is that the scientists claiming that “the science is settled” and that there is “consensus” among scientists that humankind are acting as planet killers, can’t be trusted, nor can their research be pointed to as solid proof of anthropogenic global warming.

The term skeptic has historically been a badge of honor proudly worn by scientists as indicating their commitment to the idea that in the pursuit of truth, nothing is beyond question, every bit of knowledge is open to improvement and/or refutation as new evidence or better theories emerge.  However, in the topsy-turvy field of climate science, “skeptic” is a term of opprobrium and to be labeled a skeptic is akin to being a heretic in the Middle Ages – you may not be literally burned at the stake, but your reputation will be put to flames.

The Climategate scientists continue to claim that the actions disclosed are not bad as they seem and that nothing contained in the e-mails is really important. But this is like the Wizard of Oz saying “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain,” when in fact the real action is going on behind the curtain.

Of course, this “ignorant wingnut conspiracy theorist” is Dr. H. Sterling Burnett who specializes in Environmental Ethics. As such Dr. Burnett must be suffering from a personality disorder to demand the employment of ethics in science.

I wonder, if Dr. Burnett does not exhibit such hatred as the commenter quoted above exhibits to ideas such as a belief in God, will he be stripped of his title and expelled from science all together?  As political correctness is bureaucratic herding by its very nature Emerson's quote, "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds" comes to mind since it is foolishly consistent.

Green Movement Turning Brown And It Ain't Mud

Green autos, green food, green energy, green everything. Everywhere one goes there is something green or acting green or organic or environmentally friendly. Products such as washing and drying machines had to be redesigned, costing a lot more money, to save our planet.
As recycling plants popped up all over so did the warehouses filled with recycled materials. They still sit filled, but products tout being made of recycled material. Watch TV for an evening and see green coffee, green cleaners, green lights and even green TVs to watch the world turn green.

A flagship idea of the green movement, even highlighted by the Green Party, are wind turbines. The Green Party here in Ohio whose candidate, Dennis Spisak, has constantly spoken of the wonders of wind power. His "Why not Ohio" relates to all things green and just last month Dennis put out a press release entitled, "Why not Ohio? Spanish wind power company creates 1,100 jobs."

Why not Ohio? Well, because like everything else about the whole environmental movement/profit driven/power grab, it seems that Ohio doesn't need more green hoax.

‘Anti-Lobbyist’ Obama Administration Recruited Left-Wing Lobbyists to Sell Bogus ‘Green Jobs’
After two studies refuted President Barack Obama’s assertions regarding the success of Spain’s and Denmark’s wind energy programs, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request reveals the Department of Energy turned to George Soros and to wind industry lobbyists to attack the studies

I am a capitalist, so if companies want to try to sell me green underwear, deodorant, cereal, or whatever, that's their choice. If political parties want to sell green candidates, hey, more power to them. I won't vote for the candidates and I won't buy their products. I know when I am being bullied and when I am being taken, so I will actively work against what they are trying to do.

I want green beer on St Patrick's Day, I want green lawns, I want to make enough green to live, but I really don't buy their scam.

If I want green flip flops, I have a number of politicians I can buy. These days they come cheap.

Even More Snow For Ohio

Yep, we're getting more snow. The yard is still pretty from already fallen snow, but the streets are dirty and the curbs are piled high with mounds of plowed snow, especially in front of my driveway. The roads and highways are hiding patches of ice that won't go away.

More snow? Try as many as 9 inches

Talking with a good friend who still believes Obama is the second coming, even though he is not a believer, climate change came up, of course. He believes man has raped and plundered the earth, kinda like Jimmy and the Doors sang about years ago, and now the earth is striking back with global warming. This, as we watched snow falling outside. Me, I am not a believer in Mother Gia or whatever our planet is being called now, but I am a believer in climate change because I've witnessed it all my life.

As a child, my friends and I reveled in snow from pretty much Thanksgiving to March. Kinda like this year. As an adult, I'd like the snow to appear two days before Christmas, with notice thank you, and then go back to Hudson Bay or where ever it comes from, by December 27 at the latest.

As a child, I would hop in the car and go with my father to the latest area destroyed by tornadoes. Sometimes it was a hurt farmer with a missing barn and sometimes it was half or all of a village or town destroyed with tremendous amounts of death, destruction and injuries. As an adult, tornadoes are rare here in central Ohio, which is fine by me. That is climate change I can believe in. Of course, because of the threats of lawsuits and other modern conveniences, my father, if alive, couldn't even think of actually going to the people hurt and dying, even if he could get through the throngs of lawyers desperately vying for clients to sue someone.

We're possibly getting another 9" of snow. On top of what we already have. I love working from home.

Obama's Olympian Effort For Climategateism

Yep, his appearance will just nail a Gropenhagan (is Clinton going?) decision to American policy.

By switching his visit from Dec. 9 to Dec. 18, Obama appears to be betting that his presence can - as he has expressed hope for several times in the past - push the negotiations "over the top" toward an agreement.

Maybe they are "crunching" the numbers just one more time. Gotta get it right, eh?

Climate Change Prostitution

Climate change proponents are swarming to Copenhagen. The prostitutes are waiting with open arms.

Both work. Both promise satisfaction. Both fake it.

Gropenhagen Conference

Prostitutes Offer Free Climate Summit Sex

Copenhagen's city council in conjunction with Lord Mayor Ritt Bjerregaard sent postcards out to 160 Copenhagen hotels urging COP15 guests and delegates to 'Be sustainable - don't buy sex'.

"Dear hotel owner, we would like to urge you not to arrange contacts between hotel guests and prostitutes," the approach to hotels says.

Now, Copenhagen prostitutes are up in arms, saying that the council has no business meddling in their affairs. They have now offered free sex to anyone who can produce one of the offending postcards and their COP15 identity card, according to the Web site avisen.dk.

On the bright side, at least for Obama, Gore and groups like SEIU, at least there's another union, prostitutes, they can enlist in their effort.

The Climategate Hypocrisy As Exampled By Barbara Boxer

Yep, she shows her transparent support of her personal agenda and that she's dumber than a boxer of rocks.

Boxer: Climategate Email "Theft" Is A "Crime"

SEN. BOXER (D-CA): "I've been looking at these e-mails, even though they were stolen, they are now out in the public and we are now out looking through these e-mails...This is a crime, and I would ask unanimous consent to place into the record section 1030 of U.S. Criminal Code:

'Fraud and related activity in connection with computers having knowingly accessed a computer without authorization' it goes on, calling it a crime, so part of our looking at this will be looking at criminal activity"

Babs can really work herself up sometimes, especially when an ox she supports gets gored. Oh, show'em some rightous indignation Babs. Unfortunately, Babs isn't consistent.

Recap: It's only a crime when Mizzzzzz Boxer says it is a crime. Otherwise not.
