OWS Protesters Bought And Paid For
ACORN (renamed NYCC), SEIU and others pay protesters to occupy Wall Street and other locations. It's astro turfing which is another way of saying it's a lie.
Add in Tides Foundation money, Soros money, Adbusters, other union money and communist, socialist and organized anarchist money and OWS is reduced to paid street whores. Unfortunately for them they're paid by the hour, not the deed because they can take a shower after the deed.

ACORN Restructures For Separate Centers Of Plausible Deniability
Of course Bertha Lewis will remain in the bunker sending out orders and directing where checks should be issued.

It's as if Al Capone opened a new chain of whorehouses under the banner of Women for a New Morality.
Oh, and placed a union official on the board, you know, just to keep everything above board concerning illegal payments under the board.
You can call an Edsel a Lincoln, but it's still an Edsel. You can call socialized medicine health care reform, but... But a nut doesn't fall far from the tree.

ACORN Pimps Cities For CDBG Grants In Spite Of Congressional Ban
$4,000,000,000. $4 Billion. Four Billion Dollars.
Of course, it is your $4,000,000,000 going to advisors to the Pimps.

Didn't Acorn, the corrupt community organizer, get its federal funding yanked after its last scandal? Actually, no. Through municipal middlemen, it's poised to rake in another $4 billion. Where is the outrage?
You'd think a group implicated in dozens of electoral fraud cases, theft of funds and, most recently, helping criminals interested in bringing child prostitutes to the U.S. would have been ruled ineligible for federal aid long ago.
But think again, because these aid rats are experts at survival.
FrontPage magazine reports that federal Judge Nina Gershon ruled that Acorn is eligible for the Obama administration's proposed $4 billion in Housing and Urban Development grants within the $3.83 trillion federal budget proposal for 2011.
That cancels the ban Congress placed on Acorn funding late last year after at least five of the group's offices willingly aided undercover reporters posing as a pimp and prostitute to get federal funding for a brothel and cheat on their taxes.
Once again, the Democrats are all robe, no law. As with all their other hollow "change", they have decided upon a duplicitous show of doing something that was never intended by them.
Typical.

Abortion: Was Health Care 'Reform' Ever Really About Health Care
Democrats, using smoke and mirror tactics, plan to pass health care "reform" over the objections of the American voting public. Many have questioned why Democrats would doggedly continue on with a bill, overwhelmingly rejected by the public, which could result in massive losses for Democrats in the upcoming elections. It now appears that health care reform was never the actual goal, but simply a tool used to distract voters away from a massive government takeover of the economy and their long sought goal of federally funded abortions nationwide.
Health care reform is the sugar coating on the bitter pill of government control of individuals.
How else does one explain the deceitful legislative trickery, outright bribes and total refusal by Democrats to listen to their constituents to pass such a travesty?
Pelosi aide says Democratic congressional leaders have settled on legislative "trick" to pass Obamacare; So why have a summit?
"In comments reported by Congress Daily, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s top health care aide Wendell Primus admitted top Democrats have already decided on the strategy to pass the Senate's pro-abortion, government-run health care bill.
'The trick in all of this is that the president would have to sign the Senate bill first, then the reconciliation bill second, and the reconciliation bill would trump the Senate bill,' Primus said at the National Health Policy Conference hosted by Academy Health and Health Affairs.
“'There's a certain skill, there's a trick, but I think we'll get it done,' he said."
Democrats hope to get the bill passed and signed by Obama so that super majority votes are not necessary thus giving endangered Democrats an out on any future legislative voting. Under this plan each vote will only need 50% + one and will prevent Republicans from filibustering (preventing) passage of very controversial amendments.
Who are the Democrats who will stand and say 'No', this wrong and unethical and I won't be part of it? Will Zack Space allow the subversion of our Constitution? Will Stupak be part of the thwarting of the will of the people? Who will speak out the truth of what Pelosi, Reid and Obama are doing?
I fear cowards will prevail and in their salons clap each other on the backs for fighting the good fight and then go home and count their bribes.

No On Issue 2 And 3
It is quite simple, really.
Issue 2 adds another layer of government at a time when we should all be striping away layers of government and throwing them in the waste bin of failed modern history. The fact that the board is unnecessary and has little or no oversight makes it a no brainer.
Issue 3 is about gambling. 28 states have casino gambling within their borders. Casinos bring a lot of baggage, including corruption, prostitution, general crime and filth, which we don't need here in Ohio. If I want to gamble there are plenty of places to do so, elsewhere. Just because I go to WalMart once or twice a year doesn't mean I want to live next to one. If you're thinking NIMBY, you'd be right. I lived just outside Reno, have visited Las Vegas many times and watched the transformation of the strip and its effects on Atlantic City and it is ugly just outside the bright lights.
Both Issue 2 and 3 are unnecessary and are to the detriment of Ohio. Of course there are those who see no problem with more government, jobs at any price and crime. They'll vote yes on both.

How Much Did Specter, Collins & Snowe Charge For Their Yes Votes?
As I wrote before, Specter, Snowe & Collins: Republican Repercussions, it is now apparent that the three Republicans who voted for the power grab by government, known as the Stimulus Plan, had a price for their vote. They were bought.
Renegade Republicans Push Stimulus Over The Finish Line
President Obama owes the passage of his stimulus bill to three senators from the losing side, reports CBS News correspondent Kimerly Dozier.
Renegade Republicans – senators Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania and Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine – tipped the balance toward Mr. Obama's plan in a late night Senate vote on Friday, forwarding the package to the president's desk by a 60-38 margin. "I really believe that what I decided to do was right," Collins said.
She and Snowe used the political weight of their swing votes to wield influence far greater than their state's 1.3 million residents, Dozier reports.
I know what people are called that sell themselves, but do Specter, Collins and Snowe? They should give Eliot Spitzer a call. I hear he pays better.
Of course, I'm sure there is a section buried in the Stimulus bill to nationalize brothels and unionize pimping that will mandate a set price, but the OSHA regulations will be the most interesting.
