He did it his way, using other's money and guilt to become a millionaire in a millionaire's house bought with other people's money. Harsh? Barack Obama, who touts his 'change', is nothing but a minor bully in a large playground of people unafraid of him or the thugs with which he has surrounded himself. He has no change. "Tell WGN that by providing Kurtz with airtime, they are legitimizing baseless attacks from a smear-merchant and lowering the standards of political discourse," the note said.
"It is absolutely unacceptable that WGN would give a slimy character assassin like Kurtz time for his divisive, destructive ranting on our public airwaves," the note continued. "At the very least, they should offer sane, honest rebuttal to every one of Kurtz's lies."
Zack Christenson, executive producer of "Extension 720 with Milt Rosenburg," said the response was strong.
"I would say this is the biggest response we've ever got from a campaign or a candidate," he said.
"This is really unprecedented with the show, the way that people are flooding the calls and our email boxes."
Christenson said the Obama campaign was asked to have someone appear on the show and declined the request. (emp. mine)

Biden: Obama Has Cured Everything God Couldn't

Jabbering Joe is now saying he's heading to Georgia to rebuild what Russia destroyed while pointing out that Obama has always been right about Afghanistan and Iraq while his "good friend", John McCain, has always been wrong.
More about his "good friend", John McCain, "McCain was wrong; Obama was right." Biden must think he's doing a stem-winder in an empty union hall full of ghosts.

The first black president did as expected as he spoke his first paragraphs at the DNC tonight by stabbing our current president, freedom and our country in the back by undermining all of our foreign and domestic policy which our enemies will highlight tonight, tomorrow and beyond.
After Hillary's speech last night and Bubba's speech tonight kissing Obama's butt and lying through their teeth about Barack, I think the only question is how much did it cost Obama. How much will it cost us?

When Democrats decided they wouldn't let the GOP be "God's Only Party," they weren't kidding. Thanks to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, none other than St. Augustine has been summoned to Denver.
He was resurrected as Pelosi was trying to respond to the question that refuses to die: When does human life begin? This time, it was Tom Brokaw asking on Sunday's "Meet the Press." Citing Barack Obama's recent pass on a similar question—"At what point does a baby get human rights?"—Brokaw asked Pelosi what she would say to Obama were he to ask her advice.
Pelosi didn't finesse her answer, as Obama did when he said the question was above his pay grade, but she may wish she had.
"I would say that as an ardent, practicing Catholic, this is an issue that I have studied for a long time," Pelosi began. "And what I know is, over the centuries, the doctrines of the church have not been able to make that definition. . . . St. Augustine said at three months. We don't know. The point is, is that it shouldn't have an impact on a woman's right to choose. . . . I don't think anybody can tell you when life begins, human life begins."
I'm thinking there are going to be some people that will disagree. Like a Cardinal Egan:

CONCERNING REMARKS MADE BY THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Like many other citizens of this nation, I was shocked to learn that the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States of America would make the kind of statements that were made to Mr. Tom Brokaw of NBC-TV on Sunday, August 24, 2008. What the Speaker had to say about theologians and their positions regarding abortion was not only misinformed; it was also, and especially, utterly incredible in this day and age.

DNC's Second Ladies Happy Hour
It was part deux for the ladies at the DNC. Rolling out the happy crowd may not have won anybody over as they tended to shriek to be heard leading up to the real nominee, Hillary.
The Chippendales sent a Virginia sub to entertain the ladies in perennial Virginia candidate Mark Warner as he did a grotesque Kennedy-lite rendition of "how I saved the free world without lifting a finger, from Virginia". He never got around to that whole support thing for the messiah, as he focused on what he did as governor of Virginia. Did I mention that he is the former governor of Virginia. He also has bold teeth.

Pelosi to protesters: "Can we drill your brains?"
House Democratic leaders and protesters waving McCain signs had a war of words Tuesday at a press event outside an old train station. The demonstrators interrupted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with chants of “Drill here! Drill now!”
Pelosi paused and asked the group, “Right here?”
Seeming to enjoy the back and forth, she followed with another question: “Can we drill your brains?”
She went on to refer to the protestors, who continued to chant sporadically, as “handmaidens of Big Oil.” Arguing that increased offshore drilling would only reduce gas prices two cents in 10 years, she referred to the demonstrators as the “two-cents-in-ten-years-crowd.”
Pelosi, speaking as if to children, hasn't a clue of what Americans want, only her agenda is important. I can hear her spouting, "If he jumped off a cliff, would you?", finishing with bogus "facts" about what would happen in her desperation to force her point.
Pelosi really is unfit to be Speaker.
