There's only thing to take to a Kenyan election victory feast: a goat. Preferably still breathing - “a sign of freshness“ - and with big testicles, apparently the sign of quality breeding.

And so it was that I found myself bouncing along a dirt track towards the ancestral home of the Obamas in a saloon car with the sound of John the goat bleating miserably from the boot.

It's not known whether Cupcake Couric and Brian 'eyebrows' Williams in New York were able to report on anything else in between ritualistic dancing and testicle weighing and measuring. Dead chickens and a crock of bull were seen piled in a conference room where reporters stated they were just reporting on the will of the godspeople.

Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

When API told her that our online news media was only relaying what the American Bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations, Mrs Obama was angered and she came out loud with the following: “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

Bribing the press. It used to be a bad idea, but anymore it seems to be the norm since the media doesn't even try to hide the public payoff of inaugural tickets.

UPDATE: ABC (Allejuah Barack's Coming) says the story is bogus. So does the Obama campaign. Others say there is audio. If the story is bogus then I owe an apology for posting it and I will offer one.

U.N. racism investigator to visit U.S. from Monday
The United Nations said Doudou Diene would meet federal and local officials, as well as lawmakers and judicial authorities during the May 19-June 6 visit.

"The special rapporteur will...gather first-hand information on issues related to racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance," a U.N. statement said on Friday.

His three-week visit, at U.S. government invitation, will cover eight cities -- Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Omaha, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Race has become a central issue in the U.S. election cycle because Sen. Barack Obama, the frontrunner in the battle for the Democratic nomination battle, stands to become the country's first African American president.

"The interior ministry or at least the police force believe that maintaining order means stepping up repression," Leonard Vincent, Africa director of the Paris-based group Reporters Without Borders, told IRIN. Police used tear gas and batons to disperse a demonstration organised by the national consumers' union to protest recent hikes in the prices of rice, oil and soap.

Authorities in Dakar said the demonstration had not been authorised. At least 24 people were arrested and many are still being detained, according to the Agence France Press. The Dakar-based African human rights coalition RADDHO (Rencontre Africaine pour la Défense des Droits de l’Homme) said in a statement on 30 March that it firmly condemns "unspeakable" acts by security forces which "violate" people's rights.

It likened alleged beatings with electric prods to "torture" and called for an investigation into "all acts of violence and poor treatment suffered by demonstrators".

Police in Congo have arrested 13 suspected sorcerers accused of using black magic to steal or shrink men's penises after a wave of panic and attempted lynchings triggered by the alleged witchcraft.

Reports of so-called penis snatching are not uncommon in West Africa, where belief in traditional religions and witchcraft remains widespread, and where ritual killings to obtain blood or body parts still occur.

Rumors of penis theft began circulating last week in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo's sprawling capital of some 8 million inhabitants. They quickly dominated radio call-in shows, with listeners advised to beware of fellow passengers in communal taxis wearing gold rings.

Please don't tell me 'The Plumbers" are responsible for penisgate.

What Price Sympathy?

Ireland has been at war forever. Vietnam, aka Annan, has been a badminton set for China since before the birth of Christ. Russian hearts only see darkness because the Russian heart only desires darkness.

Africa. Africa is setting itself up to continue to be the sob story for the next many centuries. Is this because they were victims of slavery in Rome, the world and the southern states of America or because they captured and sold thier own brothers as slaves to Europeans to sell to the world that they will continue to slaughter, rape and rob their way into the next millennium?

Vietnam now has graveyards aplenty and a communist government constantly building more out of necessity of its own actions. Ireland has finally found Kennedy money is too dirty even for them. Its sad when a group of filthy little socialists bent on murder feel they are better than a family of rum running whore mongers.

Africa. Darfur. Congo. Rhodesia. Libya. Mau-Mau. The washing of the spears.

As long as I have been alive I have heard of the dark heart of Africa. A heart that loves hate. I have hunted in Kenya and the then country of Rhodesia. I especially treasure my time at Nairobi Ranch with my aunt and friends. Of African friends I only hope for their good.

Other than them, I just can't care anymore. That is bad, but when does a continent's badness become part of one's nightly prayers.

At what point does hope become sadness when those you hope to help refuse help?

Africa is more of a mess than Asia which is almost as much a mess as the Russias which makes Latin America almost appear sensible.

That which has been called the cradle of life appears the crib of death.

I am just plain out of sympathy for those that refuse to rise out of their sewer. The Iraqis and Afghans have risen above their prior leadership of arrogance and planned sectarian hatred to attempt freedom.

When will Africa?
