Buying Ink By The Thimble Or AP's Future

"Never argue with a man who buys his ink by the barrel …" - Ben Franklin

In the brave new world of AP's inner tubey type thing technology they have issued their view of the world and Al Gore's Internet:

“Cutting and pasting a lot of content into a blog is not what we want to see,” he said. “It is more consistent with the spirit of the Internet to link to content so people can read the whole thing in context.”

If anyone had any doubt that the MSM is living in the past still basking in the glory of deeds and fame, AP has shattered it. It's as if a first year law student, pledging to right perceived wrongs, has announced their world view to a class of admiring peers only to find that little Johnnie Gutenberg has gone and invented the printing press.

I hope that AP doesn't quote me and only provides a link. Otherwise I may have to sue the goobers.
