Two California "Blue Dog" Democrats have gotten early notice that their districts were going to get some of their water back.

The water spigots are back on, at least temporarily, in California's Central Valley. Turned off to protect a tiny fish, they happen to be in the districts of two congressmen "undecided" on health care reform.
One could chalk it up to good fortune or just good constituent service. But in the middle of a contentious health care debate marked by Cornhusker Kickbacks and Louisiana Purchases, we may be forgiven if we find an announcement by the Department of the Interior regarding California's water supply a tad too coincidental.
On Tuesday, the Department of the Interior announced it was increasing water allocations for the Central Valley of California, a region that depends on these water allocations for local agriculture and jobs. The timing adds to our suspicions.
According to the Interior announcement, "Typically (the Bureau of) Reclamation would release the March allocation update around March 22nd, but moved up the announcement at the urging of Senators (Diane) Feinstein and (Barbara) Boxer, and Congressmen (Jim) Costa and (Dennis) Cardoza."
I'm sure this is all just a coincidence.

A close friend just called me and was very upset. First she couldn't believe that her bonus, which she worked extremely hard for, was so low. She was upset because the size of the bonus reflected what her boss felt about her work. Then she realized that what had actually happened was that 40% of her bonus flew out the window in taxes. She did the work, but they got the taxes. Fair? Absolutely not.
We have roads that get worse every year. Government services that stink anyway, get worse every year. A postal system that is a major joke. Government bureaucracies that nobody wants or needs nor does it accomplish anything meaningful. In fact, what this tax stealing supports is a bloated ridiculous system of government at the local, county, state and federal level that needs to steal from the hard work of others to survive.
And now they want to take over health care. Good Lord, we have to be crazy to allow any of this.

Rep. John Boccieri (D-Ohio) put his political future on the line Friday by announcing that he will vote for the health care bill.
The vulnerable first termer from a manufacturing-heavy, conservative-minded, district around Canton said that he's willing to risk losing at the polls to reverse his 'No' vote from November and support a bill he thinks will ultimately help the people of his district.
"Today I hope and I pray that we can get this job done," he said at a news conference. "Yes, I will be voting yes on this bill."
Wilson to Vote ‘Yes’ on Health Bill
"The bottom line is that we need this reform. Families need this reform. Our economy needs this reform," Wilson said. "If you like your doctor, and you like your insurance, you can keep them. If you need insurance or if you need your insurance to be more affordable, this is the help you've been waiting for. This is a historic vote and I am proud to cast my vote in favor of common sense health care reform that finally benefits the people, not the insurance companies."
If Wilson believes this, well, then he is too stupid to serve in Congress. Plus, Wilson says he is pro-life. BS.

His remarks highlighted the continuing differences between the two powers over how to contain Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Mrs Clinton was visiting Moscow on a trip partly designed to increase the pressure on Tehran by showing America’s unity with Russia.
But Mr Putin told a meeting held in Volgodonsk, southern Russia, that work to complete the Bushehr plant on Iran’s Gulf coast would soon be complete. “The first block of the Iranian atomic power station must be launched this summer,” he said.

Obama: Legalize Illegals And HCR
Both are illegal, aliens and HCR, but Obama want to make them both legal. We know that HCR is a power grab which the Democrats hope will give them an electoral majority in the FDR mode. A fait accompli would be for the Demos to make illegal aliens legal citizens and loyal voters clinging to Obama's graven image for years to come.
