If I Did Not Make Myself Clear

I have only committed the mistake of believing in you, the Americans.

How can we live with this?

A New Day

Last night I returned home with my son after a two day business trip within which he helped me big time. He may or may not decide to continue to work with me, but these 2 days that I got to spend with him was and is a sunrise fresh and clean. And beautiful.

Selfish? You bet your buns. Man-O-man, good Lord almighty, I'll take this selfishness as a sin if I get to do this again.

Father O'Malley rose from his bed. It was a fine Springday in his new New Mexico mission parish. He walked to the window of his bedroom to get a deep breath of the beautiful day outside. He then noticed there was a jackass lying dead in the middle of his front lawn. He promptly called the local police station.

The conversation went like this:

"Good morning. This is Sergeant Jones. How might I help you?"

"And the best of the day te yerself. This is FadderO'Malley at St.Brigid's. Dere's a jackass lyin dead on me front lawn. Would ye be so kind as to send a couple o' yer lads to take care of da matter?"

Sergeant Jones, considering himself to be quite a wit, replied with a smirk, "Well now father, it was always my impression that you people took care of last rites!"

There was dead silence on the line for a long moment.

Father O'Malley then replied: "Aye, tis certainly true, but we are also obliged to notify the next of kin."

John Kerry's Newest Vietnam

It also belongs to Pelosi, Reid, Schumer and the rest of the rat's nest we like to still refer to as "our Congress". RINOs, unlike the elephant, have no memory and so now we come to the point where another part of the world that will be justified in no longer trusting the United States of America.

The following is a disgusting remnant of our past that is actually a precursor of our future if we let the refuse infesting our Congress "win" their way.
Dear Excellency and friend,

I thank you very sincerely for your letter and for your offer to
transport me towards freedom. I cannot, alas, leave in such a cowardly fashion.

As for you and in particular for your great country, I never
believed for a moment that you would have this sentiment of abandoning a people
which has chosen liberty. You have refused us your protection and we can do
nothing about it. You leave us and it is my wish that you and your country will
find happiness under the sky.

But mark it well that, if I shall die here on the spot and in my
country that I love, it is too bad because we are all born and must die one day.
I have only committed the mistake of believing in you, the Americans.

Please accept, Excellency, my dear friend, my faithful and friendly
sentiments. Sirik Matak.

This is not the America I wish to live in. To turn our back on the people of the Middle East just so some moral reprobates can win elections to gain more power disgusts me so deeply I am at a loss to truly express it.

UPDATE: Sirik Matak was shot in the stomach days after this letter was written by the Khemer Rouge along with what was left of the free government of his country. Unfortunately Sirik Matak lived for another 3 years before he died. His compatriots died that day. All murdered by the Khemer Rouge. The killers were communists. They were also, just like Islamofascists, common thugs, murderers and slugs on the body politic.
