McClatchy Too Stupid To Be In The News Business

The fact that McClatchy publishing doesn't get that they lie, or at best editorialize the facts and the news they report is a good indicator of why they are going out of business.

The fact that they do not understand the shoe tossing incident instigated by Muntather Zaidi's bosses in Iran indicates they should be selling used shoes, not acting like a five year old playing at reporting the day's events.

I applauded this act. I don't care that it is rude. Why are we concerned about etiquette when a country was destroyed? Did Bush ever apologize to the Iraqis for the hundreds of thousands of dead? Bush is an occupier, a clown pretending to be a hero, so enclosed in his own little self-certain world he probably was surprised an Iraqi could be that angry. I am not surprised. I am only surprised such a thing did not happen earlier.

In reading over the stories and blogs supporting Muntather Zaidi I am reminded of stories from the past giving support for the insane to run the asylum. As for the Bush hatred that these people have been able to foment within themselves, I can only feel sorrow for the blinders they have placed between themselves and the truth.

Reason 666 Why Congress Is Too Stupid To Be In Business

The auto bailout Democrat congressional payola for union support will probably be used to support the UAW's Black Lakes Golf Club which has lost over $23 million in just the last five years.

Autoworkers Union Keeps $6 Million Golf Course for Members at $33 Million Lakeside Retreat
Even as the industry struggles with massive losses, the UAW brass continue to own and operate a $33 million lakeside retreat in Michigan, complete with a $6.4 million designer golf course. And it's costing them millions each year.

The UAW, known more for its strikes than its slices, hosts seminars and junkets at the Walter and May Reuther Family Education Center in Onaway, Mich., which is nestled on "1,000 heavily forested acres" on Michigan's Black Lake, according to its Web site.

But the Black Lake club and retreat, which are among the union's biggest fixed assets, have lost $23 million in the past five years alone, a heavy albatross around the union's neck as it tries to manage a multibillion-dollar pension plan crisis.
Critics call it a resort for union leaders that wastes money from union dues.

Together, unions and congress should be able to bankrupt American industry.

George W Bush: winning the war on terror
"The decision by Bush, with Blair's support, to sweep the Taliban out of Afghanistan was a brilliant move, one that not all U.S. presidents would have taken. A weaker leader would have gone to the United Nations Security Council and sought a negotiated settlement with Kabul."

Nile Gardiner The Telegraph "George W Bush: winning the war on terror"December 27, 2008

Now that the campaigning is over, the anti-Bush crowd should stop whining "but, there were no WMDs." They never got it.

The women of Iraq & Afghanistan get it.
The children of Iraq & Afghanistan get it.
The fathers, grandfathers and uncles get it.
The mothers, cousins, aunts and grandmothers get it.
So do the people throughout the world.

They see Iraq as it was and as it is.

Freedom has a chance.

Thank you President George W. Bush
