40% Tax On Bonus Is Legal Theft By Government

A close friend just called me and was very upset. First she couldn't believe that her bonus, which she worked extremely hard for, was so low. She was upset because the size of the bonus reflected what her boss felt about her work. Then she realized that what had actually happened was that 40% of her bonus flew out the window in taxes. She did the work, but they got the taxes. Fair? Absolutely not.

We have roads that get worse every year. Government services that stink anyway, get worse every year. A postal system that is a major joke. Government bureaucracies that nobody wants or needs nor does it accomplish anything meaningful. In fact, what this tax stealing supports is a bloated ridiculous system of government at the local, county, state and federal level that needs to steal from the hard work of others to survive.

And now they want to take over health care. Good Lord, we have to be crazy to allow any of this.
