Why Not Ohio? Green $800,000 Per Year Jobs

I love wind power, especially when you hear that main sail snap during a tack. It is awesome, but wind power as envisioned here in Ohio isn't a sail, but a noisy and huge boondoggle that is expensive and not cost effective. Oh, and if wind power provided by wind farms is "green" then the green movement really has little to do with environmentalism and a lot more to do with green power.

Released Emails Show Wind Lobby, Soros Group Helped with White House PR
The emails show that the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) coordinated their response to a damning Spanish report on “green jobs” with wind industry lobbyists and the Center for American Progress (the progressive think tank founded by John Podesta and funded by George Soros).

The report from Spain’s Universidad Rey Juan Carlos — which was the subject of a George Will column in the Washington Post on June 25, 2009 — showed each “green job” that had been added by Spain’s aggressive wind energy program cost Spain nearly $800,000 and resulted in the loss of 2.2 jobs elsewhere in the economy.

Eight times, Obama had publicly referred to Spain’s program as being a model for a U.S. wind energy program.

Americans being manipulated by the scare tactics of the "green" movement is one thing, but when the "green" movement is being manipulated by foreign political influence, it becomes a manipulation too far. What do the funders and drivers of this movement plan to get in return. In Soros' mind, as history shows, it is massive amounts of money, profit, in terms of billions of dollars.

Soros' followers in the chase for the green will be left broke, unemployed and disgraced in the eyes of the people who will be left with huge ugly facilities that cannot perform as advertised, i.e., provide power to the people.

Why not Ohio? Hopefully because Ohio is too smart to be fooled by this hogwash.
