It appears the party of "tolerance" is getting a tad testy and becoming intolerant. Probably that tolerance was just a charade like their support of Israel, their stated respect for the will of the people and their willingness to debate all ideas. Now their "tolerance" tells them that the US Senate is just a bunch of old guys who should be disposed of. Kinda like they want to do with old people with the health care reform.Democrats want to do away with the Senate
In recent months, a narrative has emerged on the Left regarding the cause of the health care debacle: It's all the fault of the United States Senate, a perverse, bizarre and dysfunctional body, which ought to be phased out or killed.
The role of the Senate is working out just as intended and that really ticks liberals off.
