Kennedy: Bush must dance to our tune

Written in the margin in invisible ink.

"There can be no doubt that the Constitution gives Congress the authority to decide whether to fund military action, and Congress can demand a justification from the president for such action before it appropriates the funds to carry it out," Kennedy said.

What will this man not run away from? besides scotch.

UPDATE: Edward Markey, who is at least 2 cards short of a deck, supports Kennedy! How quaint that two stupid old men support the murder of innocent Iraqis that want to live free. Oh, they have always supported despots that murder, maim and torture in the name of a better society. Can anyone tell me just how more stupid Markey is than Teddy? Is that possible?
